Great Customer Service and Great StoreMy mom and I needed to replace our dinosaur flip phones. Christian worked with us to set up an iphone for me and a new flip phone for my mom. She was very knowledgeable and I really felt like she was listening to my questions and working to get us exactly what we wanted in terms of technology and pricing. We are both very pleased. This is definitely the best AT & T store I have found.

This store is well staffed with pros who understand AT&T tech but arent pushy. They often clarify issues that arent so clear online when trying to sort out offerings from AT&T vs Apple, such as phone insurance where Apple is aggressively pushing their own offering. AT&T store staff are stalwart sentries along the last mile of the internet.

We ported our lines from Verizon. Nam who was our wireless consultant was amazing, and incredibly knowledgeable to work the best plan for our wireless. Pleased to have such a friendly and smart person handling our account. Cannot say enough nice things! Definitely worth going in!

Poor customer service etiquette, not professional. I was notified from ATT&T this is third party store. Will be driving into Burlington next time.

These guys are AHmazing. We dealt with Aaron specifically he was patient, listed to what we needed, broke down the different options we had and answered the million questions We had along the way. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff were friendly, but despite repeatedly asking about the cost and fees associated with the prepaid plan I was purchasing I got a bill that was more than twice what I was told. Had I realized the true cost of the plan I would never have agreed to it. Beware, the sales reps may not tell you about activation fees and access fees that will drive up your bill.
