Exceptional service from knowledgeable and friendly Matthew. Uncommonly courteous to us, fellow customers, and on the phone. Purchase of our new phones took a while for various reasons on our part. He kindly gave us the time needed. As an older person, I go into shops that have anything to do with technology with my defenses up, prepared to be spoken to patronizingly by the much younger staff working there. Not a moment of condescension from Matthew. I only wish there had been two of him so the other people at the store didnt have to wait so long.

Came in for 4 new phones and 4 lines to switch from Tmobile. Matt was very helpful and caring to listen and help us pick out phones and plans will benefit us the most. Breaking down the charges and explaining in detail as to what to expected on the bills and the entire process. 10/10 would recommend Matt as a sales rep and will be back if we need a 5th line without a doubt.

After transferring 4 lines from a different company, Eric made sure we were taken care of and that everything was working smoothly before we headed out of the door. Disappointed in young man who sold me the cellphone I bought at Verizon in Anacortes a couple years ago. He didnt know anything and handed to me a paper on which hed written his bosss phone number. Told me to call and boss will explain how to make it work. I will not do business at Anacortes office. Next time Ill go to Burlington 20 miles away and at Verizon store there I will buy an iphone. Or, I wonder how T-Mobile service? They offer iphones, too.

I bought a brand new pro max in Burlington corporate when I received my phone I took it over to that store and the man was so rude to me and obviously did not want to help me at all.. he said he could not. Help me and that I need to make am appointment cause it would take to long to do a transfer to my new phone. I left in tears came to anacortes. Met ERIC HE TOTALLY SAT ME RIGHT DOWN and took care of me for all my needs it took the most of 20 minutes to get my phone set up and out the door I won’t go anywhere but here ever again. My Aunt was having issues with her Samsung phone. Unknown to her, another app overrode her Samsung home screen. She took her phone to another Verizon store and they told her she needed a new phone. I told her she needs to see Matthew at my Verizon store. He listened patiently and fixed the problem right away, even though he isnt Tech Support. Matthew is an excellent customer service representative and I wish more people were as friendly, professional and helpful as he is.

Went in to change my phone plan and look into getting an Apple Watch. It turned into an amazing visit. Cathy was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She helped me change my plan to one that fit me perfectly and helped me pick out an Apple Watch that I ended up falling in love with. She helped me do the math on how much everything would cost. I had a wonderful experience at the Anacortes Verizon store today. I had a gentleman named Eric help me with my problem receiving and sending emails on my I phone and I pad. He was patient and made me feel relaxed that he would try to help me. I noticed as other people came into the store he greeted them warmly and acknowledged their presence and stated he would help them soon. I left the store feeling good having my problem solved and knew I could reach out to Eric for more help if needed.

I came today to get my GPS fixed in my phone. Eric spent a few minutes working on it and got the GPS working checked to make sure I was up to date. Thank you.
