So far, not so good. This review will probably updated following todays experience, but I gotta be honest with the Internet and document what happened.Long story short--- dont go here. Dont even bother. Its a nice showroom but the way they handled my delivery (or lack thereof) was unacceptable.We ordered a new Speed Queen washing machine from this place, and were helped out by JP. Hes a kind salesman and got me in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. They had exactly the machine that I wanted in stock, which was pretty nice. However, when it comes to installation, they dont provide first-party services but rather use contractors such as Peerless Group, who we happened to be fortunate enough to get... ---not.Come Tuesday the following week, I get a call from Peerless Groups call center and confirm the installation date that JP put in, which is now today, Saturday. I get another call from the installer guy confirming an installation window, and so far so good. Right? The 3-hour window passes by and I call the installer. He says that the washing machine was already picked up... he doesnt know where it is now. What? Ive been sitting at home for 5+ hours waiting for my delivery and installation to arrive, only to be met with sheer disappointment and a dropped ball thats tumbled to god-knows-where.I call Azzari and cant get ahold of JP, so this other gentleman helps me out. The washing machine was apparently never picked up, and the contractor, Peerless Group, somehow forgot to communicate with me about all this....How.... how terrible and disappointing of an experience this was. Now Im not in an urgent need of a washing machine, but when their contract is built so that you must pay for services before they are performed makes me sick due to how this was handled. Why wasnt Azzari keeping tabs on my order? Why didnt they notice that my washing machine was sitting at their location, when we were all in knowing of todays installation date?Im baffled. Im waiting for them to call back next week to arrange another appointment, but at this point I cant recommend them. I wanted to support a smaller business, but honestly... its not worth the troubles and lack of professional service.

Worked with Nick D for a new cooktop and he was extremely responsive, friendly and able to deliver what we needed on short notice! Very happy with Azzari and would highly recommend!

Nicks courtesy and professionalism really won me over and renewed my trust in Azzari Designs. Mistakes happen and when people are ready and willing to fix them, this needs to be appreciated.
