Very huge store. Seemed very packed with items a folks purchasing items. Got what I needed quickly and checked out. If theres some sort of cleaning, constructing, etc. items you might need, give this place a try.
Home Depot will always and forever be one of my favorite places, since I grew up going there with my grandpa and little sister! As an adult I should go more often. They always have just what you need. An oldie but goodie!!!
I just LOVE Home Depot!!!! My friend and I have been to Home Depot at least three times within the last 2 months. We have found everything we needed to complete all sorts of DIY projects around the house, garage and car repair....not to mention computer repairs. And now is just the time to go with summer at full throttle. Many summer savings await. Dont forget about the greatest summer benefits at Home Depot....the BBQs and smokers! Saves money on electricity in the long run.

All the home depots are good, but some have more stuff than others, I came to this one, their hand tools was not a big selection they were out on the stuff I needed, but other than that its a good store,

This location always has everything I need, and for some reason even though the parking lot always is packed Im able to get in and out quickly. I love their operating hours as well, as many other places are closed when I need something for my office.
Went in to get a respiratory mask for mold removal and asked a worker where to get one and he just told me on an aisle I get there and they were just regular mask. So I went and found two other works on an aisle over and asked the and they said the same aisle and I continue to explain that Im looking for a particular mask. They just said the aisle over and went about there business so I asked yet another worker and he said on a different aisle so I went there only to find more regular face coverings. Finally after about 25 mins of looking a guy from the paint dept came and helped find what I was looking for. The customer service was just terrible I dont understand it. What ever happened to putting the customer first and making them want to come back?
Definitely had a good experience for once at home Depot they were actually there to help me and guided me through what I needed to do show me the lights I needed show me the bulbs explain the different density of the bulbs the yellow versus the LG or whatever you want to call it. This home Depot has been practicing customer service you can tell and Im very appreciative if they still had the Bell by the door at a ring at 20 times
No scrap wood pile so I had to look for some discount wood thru the available selection, which lead to one piece being only 30% off which was more expensive than what I needed the wood for so turned a loss of profit for my project. If it was 70% off then I would have been in the green and the other Home Depots Ive had to do this at had given me it for 70% off for similar pieces so Ill stick with the other stores for my lumber and the better savings.
Home Depot is usually good its hard to find something unless you actually know what you want its hard to find somebody that knows too much

The overzealous undercover loss prevention (LP) workers here will detain you for making a return with a receipt. Especially watch out for Mario, an approximately 50 year old, 55 muscular Latino with tattoos on his upper arms and a mostly gray military haircut who likes to wear tight, black t-shirts. Mario and his cadre of fellow criminals will assault you, take your car keys and wallet from you, then parade you around the store like a trophy. Its okay though because Im suing the two LP workers as well as their manager, and Home Depot corporate for false arrest and assault. Stay far away from this corporate disaster.
I shop at this home depot often, I can easily find most of home products, appliances...I get warm welcome at door and get some help from worker to find item or get some advice. Great customer service at home depot in Anaheim!

I called to get help searching for a fridge that would work with the space dimensions in my apt and Jeremy was awesome. He got the information and called me back quickly with 4 options when I couldnt find any online. Jeremy was super helpful and polite. Made my Home Depot experience a good one.
Home Depots plant department will always be one of my favorite places.
I found the Bernzomatic extension gas hose. Called several Homedepot stores. Found it at this Anaheim store. An employee in the department searched for it. When the app says theres one in stock, the employee said it is best to see if there is indeed one. It was located and left in will call where I picked it up. Service was outstanding.
I didnt come personally myself to Home Depot but my wife did because she is doing some arts and crafts projects. She said she found everything she needs and she was extremely happy. Now shes busy with her projects and I feel left out... just kidding
I like this store because workers are helpful and I find what I need.Plus, I bring my service dog with me and everyone treats her friendly with no attitudes

Almost every time Ive gone in to buy something almost seems like im being harrassed or followed. Its to the point where, now if I go here... I carry my stack of cash in my hand just so they know im there with money and not to steal as they like to assume.
I did a curbside pickup here and it was perfect. They even block off the curbside pickup spots so non curbside pickup vehicles do not use. I have found that to be an issue with other stores and I have to explain where I parked over the phone.My order was in my car within 5 minutes and I did ask through their app without needing to call anyone.

Customer service did not help me at all and they discriminated me as well. They want me to repay for something that i already paid and to make it worst they had to check the cameras in order for them to believe me .I had to wait over an 1hour for them to check the cameras at the end they where all apologizing because they messed up..I would rate them with no star at all.
This place has everything from Home improvement to your home and classes you can take to improve your skills. Very helpful just got to ask a sales person. I have always gone to Home Depot for everything I need. Prices are great and return is simple. The only thing they don’t have is food. Haha but there is a great stand outside of Home Depot. Food is great and reasonable prices. Go ahead and try it if you haven’t yet. You will be so surprise to see all the products they have.

Hello,This home depot is almost always pretty busy and due to Covid-19 the lines can get kinda long. Unfortunately I always seem to have a hard time finding people to help me with stuff too. However the staff is super friendly and they are trying their best from what Ive seen.

Below worst service ever !!! Spent $10k on garage door and front door. We ordered it in Early September and was told will be ready in 3 weeks. We also paid for installation. Till this date we have called more than 50 times at least to check on the status of garage door. First of all, no one knows what is going on with this order so they transferred me to manager. I was told that door garage was still in order and will call us by December 15,2020. As of right now everyone kept transferring and do not know what is the status. WROST STORE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TO ORDER.
Theyre doing a great job. Its the holiday season and theres Covid to deal with. As far as Im concerned theyre putting in all the necessary effort.

I love to shop and peruse the aisles of any Home Depot but when i need something specific it would be nice to get some assistance. Well dont count on it here. No one around in the lumber area so i walk to the front and see 3 employees standing around talking and laughing so i ask if they could summons help for me to that section. Sure one of them said. So i went back to wait. I gave up after 15 minutes of nothing. All the other HDs i go to have employees in each section ready, willing and able to help. And they seem to be polite and friendly. Not here. No friendly faces here, but i still like Home Depot, in general. Just not this one.
Went in to have a key made for my car. It was quick and easy.
I love Home Depot. Their stock (paint) is still pretty good. Decided to use this time to paint some furniture since Im not going out much. A little limited on the Rustoleum (I wanted satin finish) but went with the semi gloss with one coat of matte. Worked out perfect.
First time trying wood cut service was easy and fast.

On Sunday Fathers Day I wanted to buy my husband a grill. I came to this store after a bad experience at the cypress location. This one is way better even though its a little further I would much rather take the time driving then to go to the Cypress one. It was a Sunday so they were super busy! An employee asked me if I needed help since she saw me looking at the grills I said yes and right away she sent over Brandon C. I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes. He was very kind and answered ALL my questions! Even though everyone was busy that day he had a smile on his face and didn’t rush me at all. He explained everything that was on the grill. He even helped put the grill in my truck. For being such a young employee he was amazing!! My husband loved the grill l got him thanks to Brandon C.

Ive visited several Home Depot locations in the last couple of weeks. However, out of all the locations, the Anaheim Home Depot located on Brookhurst Street was clean, and products were easy to find. This was also the first Home Depot location where employees actually acknowledged your presence, asked if you needed assistance, provided professional assistance, and were genuinely friendly.

Can I give this Home Depot less than 1 star? I purchased a garage door back in September of 2020 and it keeps getting delayed. It’s so hard to communicate with the Millkworks department and if I do I constantly get incorrect information. I have been constantly asking for updates and no one has been of help. Not the managers or Millworks Department. Some associates are also very rude at the Millworks Department, one of them is Kelly. Now the new garage door date delivery is March 2021. I know it’s the manufacturers fault but how can Home Depot just keep brushing off their customers and giving misinformation?

There was no one to assist in tg3e appliances. Home depo employees looked at us without offering assistance...we even asked if there is anyone in this department to help with a refrigerator purchase and they just walked on by....so we went to Lowes and purchased our fridge there😁
Honestly, I love this home depot. Since they enacted curbside pickup, this place has gone down in my eyes. The idea of curbside pickup sounds convenient but when you wait 20 minutes for someone to come by to give you your products and you see the customer service line moving fast, it kind of defeats the purpose.

I shop here all the time.But I had a bad experience with the Anaheim store manager, and I felt his behavior should be reported to his manager. I hope this is the right place to do this.Super kind Customer Service Supervisors. Very bad Store manager.I bought a Makita Circular Saw kit in Stanton (Ca) Store, 3 weeks ago and they did not give me the free batteries with purchase. This purchase was within the promotional period from May to August 2020.I went back to the store and was told by the hardware employee to get help at the Customer Service desk . The customer service supervisor was very kind. Her name is Kristie. She asked me to go and get the batteries that that goes with the promotion. When I got back with the batteries .... she spent the time to look into my Home Depot credit card for the right receipt. Unfortunately couldn’t find it. I came home and then remembered about the new account that just recently opened. Now I took the empty box and the new Home Depot credit cart to the Stanton store . When I got back to the Stanton store, they had run out of batteries and told me to go to different store.It was 7:25pm. I rushed over to the Anaheim store. I got there around 7:46pm. About 14 minutes to close. The Supervisor already left for home. I tried to explain the problem and then they called the store manager. As I explained to him, we had called ahead from the Stanton store, and all was up set when I bought it at Stanton store and was on my way to his store for the batteries.After some discussion, it seemed easiest to do a return and then make a new purchase. He asked me to go back tomorrow with the circular saw inside. He refused to do the transaction on the empty box. This should have been an easy procedure, but he would not do it! There’s nothing wrong with the saw. I don’t want to return the saw. All I want is the free batteries that come with the store promotion. Yet he seemed intent on giving me a hard time. He was going to make me go home and make another trip to the store again the next day.While I shall return tomorrow to take care of this could have been wrapped up right there at that time.So, my complaint is about the store manager at the Anaheim store near closing on July 3rd. While he was dressed nice, his customer relations skills were very low! During our discussion, he complained to me that his store was not getting credit for the sale, and he was losing money on the battery promotion. Like that is my problem. Thats why we were going to do the return and re-purchase. Then he insisted I make the round trip again and haul the circular saw back and forth to the store. This store manager irritated me immensely but I had to just listen to HIS complaints to me - which seemed like store accounting details that I didnt need to hear. AND we had called ahead from the Stanton store before I made the drive over there. Everything was set, and he just made it all so complicated and ridiculous!Anyway, I write this hoping someone will see that he gets better training for interacting with customers!Best regards,Jonathan Tran
