Line can be long but thats because theyll help you with basically everything. Finding the right fittings, giving you options, helping you pick out tools, etc. I literally showed up with a crusty broken valve with no name and walked out with brand new valves of a better design and instructions on how to pull off the older hardware to make room for newer and better stuff.

I visited here for the first time. It was almost time to close. But the guy who helped me gave a great customer service. I really appreciate. Thank you.

Slower than 7 days rain. Bring a picnic for your wait in line time.UPDATE: The first two times I was there the note above was accurate.I had my 3rd visit here yesterday. Dont know if it was because the place was near empty or what - but service was definitely better! No long wait line; the young man at my counter was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Fergusons in general have the worlds worst phone system- anywhere from 7 to 20 minutes on hold just for stock checks, pricing or information. Stores themselves are decent and very well stocked, just slow getting written up and out.

This Ferguson with out question is the best branch in the entire state. It doesnt matter what Im looking for or what I am dealing with Mike and Adam can take care of everything youre working on. The entire crew at this branch is solid though. I highly suggest this supply house over any other local branch.
