EXCELLENT! We visited here for several demo rides and a week later bought two e-Bikes on Sunday. The bikes were delivered 4 hours later! Everyone I worked with was excellent
Love when a place is to the point and services an issue within a realistic timeframe.... had a flat tire service within 2 hours
Visited the shop this morning and met the owner his name is Paul. very kind and generous gentleman he fixed a tire and tube for us had the job done and we were ready to go in 15 minutes. he also adjusted the front brake & Lubed the gears and the chain for us without even being asked and did not charge us for that extra service. I highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone in the area who is looking for good serviceBen
Have been there 3-4 times now and have only seen one employee, who I believe is theowner/operator.Hes always real friendly, very happy to see me, and very helpful and knowledgeable.Hes special ordered parts for me and has never asked me to put a deposit down.Great prices too !Id definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Very nice owner. Prices for parts are affordable and very reliable. Always has what i need. If not he will order. Great customer service and very knowledgeable
Always friendly and hopeful, I had my bicycle repaired there several times with no complaints.
Happy with the service and our bikes!
This place is super over priced . For one. The man in the store was nothing but in helpful, he was rude and very disrepectful .I went in looking for a Nexus or at least nuts to put on my rim and he told me he doessnt sell Nexus but yet he had a bike on his floor he fixed with one on it and being a shop Im shore he could have ordered one in and for my missing nuts to my rim ha he didnt know what Im talking about like hello ur a bike shop u must have a spare one or 2 nuts if ur fixing bikes ... I could have easily spent 800 easy in the next week there but with his such disrespect I can only say stay away from that store its not worth it ... If u need. Help or parts DONT go there trust me he will not help save your self money and agravation. stay away from this no good chop shop
Great place, got my first quality bike from here :) ive been here multiple times to buy inner tubes and bike parts.
I was very disappointing in the customer service of whom I believe is the owner of this bike shop. I live maybe three or four blocks from the location and have had two separate occasions that were extremely similar. I noticed my handle bars were somewhat loose after a ride on a Schwinn mountain bike I had recently purchased from Target Upon my first arrival in the store, I was greeted or shall I say simply stared at as I walked my bike in. I dont necessarily need a round of applause upon entering a store but a simple hello or how can I help you would suffice especially when I am clearly walking a bicycle in seeking some type of assistance. Upon the non greeting, I smiled and explained the simplicity of my situation and luckily he happened to have the tool in his hand to tighten my handle bars in a quick and efficient fashion. I was appreciative and tried to engage in a friendly, inquisitive manner with a few quick questions I had regarding mountain bikes and what can be done as I am a novice to all of this. I asked about All-Terrain tires as I didnt know (still dont) if there is a difference with what can be bought and what comes on the bike. The gentleman was extremely dry, unsociable and seemed as if my coming into the store was a bother. For 20 years and counting, I have worked in Customer Service. If I were a Secret Shopper, he FAILED MISERABLY as I seemed not a customer for the potential of repeat business but a burden that should hurry and go away. From the moment I stepped in the door, even if I were buying something, I wasnt in and didnt plan on being in longer than five minutes. He treated me as if I walked in two minutes before closing with 101 questions and no real intent to purchase. My second attempt in coming in a couple weeks later was almost identical. After tightening my handles bars the first time, I had a few good rides and the same thing happened again as they came lose. Before leaving home, I even made sure I had my debit card on me to purchase whatever tool is needed to prevent the handle bars from loosening again as I do not expect anything in this world to be done for free and personally wouldnt want to make repeat trips to a bike shop just to have the handle bars tightened. Although I also felt as if tightening the handle bars might be something he would do again for free and hopefully this time around, be able to give me some suggestions that I didnt receive on our first encounter. To no avail. As I walked in, I tried the approach of greeting him to lighten the mood and break down any walls. Even in a hearty, how ya doin Sir? I was given a blank stare that reeked of, what do you want? I quickly explained the situation and asked if he remembered me from last time. He acknowledge none of what I said and simply walked around the counter stating, you need this. Here, $5. My only question and statement, in almost a childlike tone was, that is fine, can you help me tighten them again? His retort, while never looking at me but knowing it would take both of us as it did last time was, no, you learn on your own, this is $5 as he arrogant and confidently, rang up the minimal sale. Sensing this is routine for him, but In a wishful thinking and understanding tone, I again stated, I understand, but can you help me tighten them again? With him simply shaking his head.I politely declined and told him I would simply spend my money elsewhere. There arent many bike shops to go to but I am certain to never go here again although it is in extremely convenient proximity to my home. I am not sure whos writing some of the reviews on here about but I would say it is safe to assume these are people that he knows personally.
I just moved here from Salt Lake City and these guys are great! Got me all set up to commute to and from work and school and Disneyland! Ill be back for sure!
Poor customer service .Wont go back unfortunately
Had a problem with shifting when I peddled, and had a pretty rusty chain. I brought it to this shop, and they were able to fix both of the problems.
The guy is unorganized... and he closes his shop way to early. He rarely picks up the phone when you call his shop and if you place an order, he won’t get back to you. Rate // half to one star
Good service great deals good Asian guy recommend to anyone nearby.
Sales guy very friendly and super fast service.
Great service, great prices, 🚲🚲🚲
Be careful he will rip you off your face
When I moved into the area I was hopping this shop was a hidden gem due to the walking distance from my house, turns out it was a lump of coal...
Worst place to go to have your bike repaired I’m a pretty patient person ... on four different occasions I have come here only to find out that he can’t fix basic stuff on bikes I’ve run out of patients going else where
Useless shop
They attend very well, very kind, sir, thank you for attending so well
