Both Scott & Chad are so customer focused that I’ve seen them put their customer (me) ahead of their own business multiple times. I bought a e-motor that wouldn’t fit onto a beach cruiser I bought from them. Instead of turning me away, they upgrade me to much a stronger e-motor at no extra charge (a $500+ value!)They committed to their original quote instead of up selling me to make the project work and build the bike properly! Really amazing experience! Thank you guys!

I went here to grab a bike i really wanted, which they had and they let me know when they got it as well which is cool very appreciated, but when i went to pick the bike up they didn’t really tell me much about the bike, i would ask multiple questions and they would only answer half of the question, they(chad) kinda just stuffed it in my car and told me to bring it back if i have any problems. So i had a problem and i reached out to Chad about it. I don’t know if chad was having a bad day or if he doesn’t like when his customers contact him but he gave me a attitude smart remarks and what not, i was actually surprised. Overall if your going here for a bike good luck, you might catch somebody with a bad attitude that day in the shop.

I had been toying with the idea of getting a bike since covid-19 started and have been working remotely. Found this place on the web, close to my home. Went by and checked out the limited selection, on account of everything being sold rapidly these days. Fortunately they had a bike I liked in my size. Its a hybrid. I added kick stand and carrier plus a more comfortable seat. With accessories out the door $522 approx. Overall good fast, experience. Owners were good to work with and reasonable.

Great experience, highly recommend! We searched the web for a bike shop with a variety of brands in stock and price points. Scott was knowledgeable and helped us make the best choice for us. I ordered an electric bike a few weeks ago and it came in faster than I thought and was super excited to pick it up which I did the next day. My bike was shiny and charged up ready for a bike ride. From the bike shop I went immediately to beach for a ride and had the best day ever.. This bike was exactly what I was looking for and I couldnt be more pleased. I am pretty sure my husband is gonna be getting one real soon.I would like to also mention how cool the owners were. They were very attentive and helpful to all my questions with a smile on their faces the whole time. I highly recommend this bike shop I promise it will deliver.

My cousin and I wanted to get bikes for exercise, we found Bikecraze on craigslist and I’m glad we did, we were able to get 2 bikes that we like and couldn’t be any happier with them, the owners were very nice and knowledgeable, did not pressure us into buying just told us everything we need to know and gave us advice on what bikes would best suit us.Highly recommend Bikecraze to anyone in need of a bike.

We bought 3 bikes and rack for our car. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable. We were really happy with our bikes and rack. The owner even helped install it on your car and show us how to load our bikes. Shop small people and support your local business if you can. Thanks for all your help bikecraze

Call them over the phone about a bike tuneup, they’ll tell you one thing. Show up with your bike, they tell you another. The owner was quite rude, didn’t offer to listen, and wasn’t interested in the business. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Poor customer service, especially from Scott. Ordered bike online but quickly developed a small chunk cut out from the frame due to friction of the tire. Went to a local bike shop, not Bike Craze, and they said that the wheel size had not way of fitting the frame. Fine. Probably a manufacturing error. Bike craze has yet to take any action or responsibility with a clear, unavoidable hazard on a bike they sold. They didn’t do anything wrong on the bike, rear wheel was intact already upon delivery, but are reluctant to contact the manufacturer which is extremely shady and disappointing from a customers stance.

Worst customer service. Ordered a $2500 bike that took a couple of weeks which I knew. However when it shipped it stated 1-5 days to arrive. After the 5th day I checked tracking and it stated that the package was never yet received from UPS. So I decided to call them to find out what was going on. The agent did not ever ask for my order number. So I started to tell him that I received shipping info 5 days ago and still UPS is showing that the package was not yet provided to them. Instead of the agent being helpful and sympathetic to the issue he decided to tell me to just be patient. All I want to make sure is that the package did not get lost. He did not want to assist but instead to tell me on a 3 min call only that he had other customers waiting. I think currently with the Covid 19 that business must be to good for these bike shops and feel that they do not need to be nice or helpful since there is a rush for bikes. Worst customer service ever. Bad decision to purchase from this place!

I really had high hopes when I placed my order. They had an excellent price on the bike I was interested in. Their website says that the bike will ship out in 1-3 days. I ordered the bike the first of the month and it shipped out 5th. Ok, that I can deal with. The bike came on the 11th.... Missing several key pieces. The front axle and all of the components to attach the fork and neck together (bearings, spacers, cap, machine screw etc..) I have made calls and emailed them asking for the parts to be sent out. I have been told that they would look for the missing parts and get back to me the following morning. They did not. I called. They said they found some, but not all and that maybe I could source the missing spacers locally. In the same conversation they did agree to send me the parts, including the spacers, out the next morning, this would be Saturday. And that they would send me the tracking number. This was good. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday have come and gone with zero communication. My bike sits in my dining room...waiting. Normally I am a patient person. I worked in retail for 15 years. If you promise a customer action to correct a wrong, you do as you promised. One star until I have the complete bike I paid for. UPDATE: They contacted me this morning. My parts have been sent out. In the end, they made it right. They are closed Sunday and Monday. My bad for not checking that.

I purchased a Fuji gravel bike here 4/15 2020. I called the night before, and although the size they told me was in store was actually not, and the one I did purchase was 4cm larger than mentioned (almost too big) I was allowed to test ride it. They opened the shop over an hour early for me (i had to be at work at 11, they opened at 9:50 or so) and the gentleman that helped me was very patient with my questions. Id done a fair bit of research on this particular bike and I knew it was the model i wanted. I did get it adjusted well enough to offset the bigger size, and Ill go back and have the front derailleur adjusted very soon. They were very accommodating and I appreciate it

Drove over after seeing a ‘19 model year bike that I was interested in. I contacted Via email regarding the weight of the unit as I could not find that info online anywhere. No reply. I made the trip over. Greeted upon entry. Limited selection as to be expected. Guy asked if I needed help. I replied with my interest in that unit. I was then asked if I contacted them regarding inventory. I said no. Well you have to do that in order to know what we have in stock. I left, as I got into my car and checked their website, there are no directions suggesting a call should be made. And CoVid aside how hard is it to keep inventory on a website up to date? CoVid and people making up rules that no one can follow make me never want to do business with these rocket scientists!

BIG SHOUT-OUT to Scott who helped me replace my tube after I got a flat tire on the way home. He showed me step by step and gave great advice about tires. We love this bike shop!! We recently had two flats on our bike tires, from the Santa Ana River Trail, and both times the owners at this bike shop patched our tires & gave us a new tire and had us on our way very quickly. Their prices are very reasonable & their customer service is great. Will definitely be back soon to purchase some bikes from them. Great family-owned business!

We needed repairs to our e-bikes and found them online. I gave them a call to see if they could help me since a couple of other bike shops could not. They said they were really busy but to go ahead and bring them in. So we did. These guys were awesome. Extremely helpful and when all was said and done, our bikes were better than when we bought them; especially mine! Chad was not satisfied with the way it was running and took extra time to make sure it was running perfectly! AND, he did not charge me extra! Great people and honest to the core!

I ordered an $1800 electric bike, in stock. Paid in full. I added a back rack and a 7-speed de-railer using the pull down menus on the website. The delivery said 3-7 days. The factory was 8-10 week delivery, so we found two in stock at BikeCraze, one black and one red. I called to make an appointment to pick up the bike for my son. Two different employees were confrontational and condescending to me. The website was misleading and the customer service was extremely hostile. I was upset too when the only solution became a refund. No appointment to pick up, no bike, no respect. After two 15 minute phone calls arguing, the only solution was to get a refund. Everybody is having a tough time during this pandemic, but what has happened to treating paying customers with a little dignity. The only positive, they refunded me immediately after we could come to an understanding. Shop around.

I took my bike in for service and I must say BikeCraze was exceptional. The staff were friendly, down to earth, real and easy going. Their prices were both affordable and fair. Trust me I know I called around to 6 other shops and these guys provided the better service for the better price. In addition to their courtesy and respect they went above and beyond the normal service and did such a thorough job I was tremendously impressed.Being new to this part of Orange County I must say it was a pleasure to find a place that was honest and seemed to genuinely care. Placed an order for a bicycle and was told it was out of stock after my credit card had already been charged.update: the store reached out to me about my review. I understand that inventory issues happen. However, I still think that the communication could have been much better about the transaction in which I received several one line emails that lacked information about what would happen to my order, and more importantly, my money. Hopefully this will lead to improved communication from the store. I have updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars. To be clear, I did not receive anything for updating my review, but I thought it was fair based upon further communication with the store.

STAY AWAY!!BIKECRAZE HAS OVER TEN 1 STAR REVIEWS!That is no coincidence.I preordered an SE bike and they have held my $900 for 5 months and now they wont refund my money. Told me they tried to refund my payment 3 times (even though they didnt communicate at all to me this problem) and that I need to contact my bank. When I did contact my bank they told me the only way this could happen is because they dont know how to process a refund or they are lying to me. Now I am having to file a police report just to get my down payment back.They are clearly having friends and family posting 5 star reviews. Look at their reviews most are 5 or 1 Stars. That doesnt make sense.STAY AWAY from these rude, lying charlatans. They spend more time responding to reviews than they do providing good customer service.

I purchased a Magnum ebike and it is the best quality, most amazing ebike on the market. I get tons of compliments! This shop gave me a great deal and the owner is a no bs guy. Do not hesitate to buy from them. In fact, I was so happy with the bike. - I went back and bought ANOTHER one for my wife!

Could use some improved communication in their customer service.Also, beware if you order online - they do not appear to update inventory based on my experience and the experience of others in these reviews.I was going to be in town and decided to buy a particular model of long board to pick up when I arrived. Bike crazes website had the model listed, and when I prepared to checkout the site asked for a shipping address even though the site states it allows for in store pick up. So I emailed to confirm that I would be able to pick up on a particular day the following week and was told in reply that the board was in stock. After ordering online, I received an email stating that they didnt have the long board in stock and wouldnt for 2 weeks. I immediately requested to cancel the order for a refund. As this all happened on a Saturday, and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. I didnt hear anything back so I contacted them on Tuesday, when they acknowledged my request to cancel had been processed when I made it on Saturday. Thats great, but why wouldnt you let me know without having to ask?

Great prices on complete bikes! After shopping around for awhile, I found their closeout price was the lowest I could find on my new Fuji. Although I could not shift into the big ring when test riding it at home, a simple adjustment of a front derailleur stop screw was all it took. I am sure if I had noticed it while at the shop, Chad or Scott would have fixed it right up. So I still think, based on my experience, they warrant a 5 star rating. Good friendly people, would definitely shop here again.

Went in to find out about getting a new ebike. Knowledgeable and helpful owner. Does rebuilds, customs bikes, and new sales.Hopefully, will sell you a bike at a good price. Not a customer yet, but probably soon and then well see how customer service is after the purchase and whether you can depend on it.

Be very careful when buying from these people. They will not honor warranties and will try to scare you off with filing police reports. I just wished that idiot Scott would have filed to counter with filing a false report. Actually, once the charge back is finalized the item will be returned via USPS signature confirmation as instructed by my credit card company since your disputing the charge back. Now, if you are successful with the charge back you will still have to do any repair needed under warranty. No need for threats about calling the cops as you did from day 1. Scooter has been broken since day 1. Seller does not want to offer an extended warranty or even exchange for another scooter as the one I have is a total lemon.***item was returned to seller with signature confirmation and refused to return funds. Buyers beware!

Scott helped me pick a starter Fuji MTB for my son. He spent the extra time to help walk us through the desired specifications and make sure the bike was a good fit. At my request, he also swapped tires for us for something with knobbier tread. Then he even threw in a free water bottle cage and water bottle. What great customer service! Thanks!

Recently bought a bike here and I am quite happy. I did read the reviews before and I noticed all the bad reviews were due to the fact that those clients clearly do not have common sense. The level of stupidity and the audacity to down talk this establishment because they cant comprehend direct information makes me sick. 5 stars for these guys all day. ill recommend every one I know to this shop.

Went here looking for another bike for my boys. The guy working there didnt greet us as we walked in so I initially thought he was a customer until I asked him how he was doing. He had an arrogant attitude from the beginning to the end. He said my son couldnt test ride the bike because bmx riders cant seem to follow instructions. When my son asked him the price of a bike the owner/employee said the price is whatever it says online. How would we know what that price is? Does he expect us to shop online while in the shop? My son knew the price of the one bike from a phone conversation he had with the guy previously. I told my boys that Id rather pay more somewhere else then give this guy our business. We left and found another awesome bmx bike shop that understands customer service and got the same price that this guy was asking.

Had to take a minute and just express my appreciation for these guys. I was looking for a particular kind of e-bike experience and was unsure if any of the options I saw online would work. I went to their store, examined and test drove several models, and after a great deal of discussion and deliberation, finally settled on a custom e-bike modification of a great beach cruiser that we collaborated on. A few months and hundreds of miles later I am so happy with my purchase and experience!!The service was friendly and the expert advice was useful. The owner and his son really love bikes and their enthusiasm was contagious. If you can, go into the store and let them help you like they did me...

Drove out here for my daughter to get a balancing bike. After 20 minutes of speaking with the owner we decided on a bike that he told us was $75. Because it was a close out and he wanted to pass on his savings and take care of his locate customers. Then he said he wouldnt charge us sales tax if we paid cash. So we were about to leave to get cash then he changed the price to $150. As an owner and adamantly telling us that these bikes were $75 i felt it was so wrong to just change a price. He stated it was $75 and he should have stuck to what he told us. I would never recommend or advise anyone to shop here. If a price is marked and the owner tells you but once your going to pay they change there price!?! Really?? Not to mention he yelled at his wife about the pricing. As a customer i couldnt believe the level of respect he had.

Wow.. my experience was an epic one with BIKE CRAZE. First off I spoke with Sherry on the phone..very nice by the way.. even though I got her confused on what I needed..she was super patient with me and extremely helpful. So my order goes through.. she informs me the bike is ready for pick the next day..IM ALL EXCITED! When I arrived at the store Im greeted by Scott..nice handsome guy. Anyways he was so awesome! He explained everything to me about the bike and the controls...I dont know much about high end bikes. So the bike I chose was the KHS BTN 29 XXL and boy am I happy. I would totally buy another bike from BIKE CRAZE!

Horrible experience. I ordered a bike online and was informed via email it was no longer in stock. I called to see what my options were and was told I would be upgraded to the current year model at no extra charge. Later on I was told by a very unfriendly woman over the phone that I was misinformed. Further more they wanted to charge me more for the new model than what was advertised on the manufacturers website. All in all, bad customer service and shady pricing. I would not recommend.

Took my mountain bike here for a tune-up and to fix some creaking that just wouldnt go away. Chris nailed it and everything is silent. He threw in some brake pads and got it done in just a couple of days which minimized my riding downtime. He and his father who run the shop are both extremely nice.

I ordered two different bikes from their website, but both times they send me an email that bike is not available in my size. It was clearly available when i placed my order, it was available when I was asked for my address and credit card information. They even send me order confirmation email and placed a temporary authorization on my credit card. The bike is still listed on their website as available.Now i have to cancel my credit card, because the whole scam was clearly setup to get my billing info. Lesson learned, I am not going to order from their website ever again.

My husband ordered a scooter for our sons 10th birthday. When checking out there is nothing stating that they are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so my husband had it shipped to his businesses P.O box. We never received any phone call or notification that this was a problem. About two weeks later we still havent received our sons scooter, so we contacted Bike Craze. The woman on the phone told my husband that they should have never shipped the scooter, and that she was very surprised no one has contacted us. She told us that she was going to look into the matter, and call us back later that day. A week later we still havent heard from her, and still havent received our scooter. So, we contacted them again. Long story short the scooter was lost in shipment. It took Bike Craze 2 weeks after contacting them for them to file any paperwork with FedEx, and to also refund our money. We asked them to simply ship us a new scooter to our home address rather than have a refund. We were told that they were now out of stock of that scooter and unable to do so. They gave us a sob story about how this was very difficult for them, they were now out the money and a scooter. But when I visited their website later that day, I added one of the same scooters to my cart and went to check out and nothing came up that it was out of stock. Either their website needs some serious upgrades, like stating no po boxes and notifying customers an item is out of stock, or they should be more honest with their customers. I was not impressed to be told that the scooter was out of stock and given a refund after we had already paid for it. I was disappointed they didnt want to at least keep their sale when we had been polite and calm through all of this. I was even less impressed with the fact that it took them weeks to respond and do anything with the issues that we were having.We were able to find another scooter for our son on Amazon for the same price, same make, same model, same color, so we ordered it there. At least now I know itll arrive like its supposed to.

Absolutely horrible customer service butchered my online order of a chubby unicorn took my money for 10 days and then responded to me complaining by asking me for someone who likes to skateboard you sound pretty upset. Im short these guys are horribly unproffessional, dishonest, take on orders for items they dont have...DO NOT ENTRUST your money online with this vendor...Not only was I burned but they put salt in my wounds.

Bad Warranty and service I purchased a bicycle with a Shimano internal rear hub bak in April 2017 after 3 moths of riding to work 2 Times a week The hub started making a clicking sound on July 27 I took back to this shop supposedly for warranty repair well after 40 days numerous calls to the owner and nothing but excuses and bad attitude by the owner Scott I finally gut my bike bake in September with the excuse that the clicking coming from the rear hub was normal wear and tear,I was not satisfied so I called Shimano my self and was told that they had no record of this shop ever filing a claim for the internal hub which they claimed they did I don’t know what they did with the bike for over a month one thing for sure did not fix it my mike,”Agrevatio and no ride to work”Well the good news is that Shimano sent me a new internal hub no thanks to this shop.

Bike Craze and its employees surprised me with their care for others and their willingness to do what it takes to make their customers happy! The reason I was surprised is because it seems like these days I come across more and more people who hate their job and their unhappiness is delt out to the customers. The employees at Bike Craze must really LOVE their job because that love was delt out to me this past Christmas.Due to unfortunate circumstances, I wasnt able to order my sons Christmas present till the Monday before Christmas. I ordered the Mototec 24v Mini Quad V3 Four Wheeler. So they had 4 days to get this big package from their warehouse to my home which is on the otherside of the U.S in Alabama.First, I called to see if it could be done and they told me yes. So I placed my order. On Christmas Eve I tried to track my package cause I hadnt received it yet but I couldnt find who the carrier was and it was looking like my son wasnt gonna have a Christmas so I called the store and to my surprise there was someone there to help me. That person is the reason why my son had the best Christmas ever! He did what it took to make sure my package was in my possession THAT DAY on Christmas Eve & half the day was already over. That employee was my angel that day. He found the carrier for me, told me how to get intouch with them and gave me the idea that I could pick it up at the warehouse. Now, let me say thay having a tracking number but not knowing who the carrier is & then trying to figure out who the carrier is with just a tracking number is some hard business, especially when its not that carriers normal form for a number. So that employee helping me with that was HUGE. I was able to cantact the carrier & warehouse and they were able to get my package off a truck and were able to break down a load to get my package in my truck. And at 6PM I was on my way home with the four wheeler in hand. I cant say enough good things about Bike Craze. Wonderful, kind, caring, knowledgeable, understanding & willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy! I will recommend Bike Craze for the rest of my life for all of your bike & board needs lol I know that sounds cheesy but its so true. And again, Bike Craze, thank you for what yall did for me and my son! I cant thank yall enough!If you want to purchase outdoor bikes, 4-wheelers, ATVs ect and you want honest, helpful advice and want someone who genuinely cares for your needs then this is the place for you!!

This place is a scam! Ordered a SE Bike through their website but never received it. There was a total lack of communication and service! I finally called in and turns out the bike is NOT in stock and that i was going to need to wait weeks or even months to get my bike.

Shady prices woman was unfriendly and acted like she did not have time for us to shop needless to say they lost out on 2 hi end sales and would not sell me a bike they had I stock cause they wanted more money then it is advertised for bought 1 bike $529 ended up to be over $600 once it was done lots of hidden fees not impressed did not have the heart to tell my kid or not getting the bike after that 😔

I ordered a penny board but then the next day i get an email from this place saying they didnt have the board I wanted then I asked for my money back they said no funds were collected but there was over a hundred dollars taken out from this place I dont recommend buying from here at all
