We replaced our flooring 4 years ago but recently, the old flooring started to pucker, likely due to our old contractor installing it poorly. We were tasked with finding the same colored panels to replace some of the existing flooring and Anaheim Carpet and flooring went above and beyond to help us find a match. Although we ended up finding the right manufacturer and coloring on our own, we had to order it directly from Bel Air. My neighbor was having her carpet replaced so I asked her how it went and who she used. She told me about Anaheim Carpet and Flooring. I went to their store to look at the products. They were amazing and the prices were even better. I had checked out stores in my neighborhood and the major home stores but no one could beat the quality, price or speed of installation. As soon as I made my choice, Scott dropped the large sample at my house along with an assortment of others colors and styles. He measured and made sure to confirm they would do the New York style on stairs which is much more precise and makes the carpet lay better and longer. A few days later, his crew was out to complete the entire house in one day! They showed up on time, reviewed everything I selected and went to work. The old carpet was out super quick and then they took time and care into installing the new carpet. They moved and replaced every piece of furniture and returned it all to its proper places when done. They even vacuumed the floor. All the floor boards were replaced with no damage and they let me have a large leftover piece for my garage floor. I would score it a perfect 5 - Star experience. My house looks brand new and the padding we chose makes it feel as though you are walking on air. Use Anaheim Carpet and Flooring and you’ll love your home all over again, like the day you bought it!

After doing some extensive research on different carpets I made my way to Anaheim Carpets. The staff there is amazing. They came out to my home in San Clemente to measure my soon to be Theater Room. My wife and I were originally drawn to this company because they have been in business since 1955. This indicates they must be doing something right. Our goal was to replace the flooring throughout our whole house. The office personnel (Scott and Matt) were great and provided guidance and many samples of both vinyl plank flooring and carpets. This allowed us to make informed choices. The installers (Adrian and Miguel) were fantastic. They were fast, efficient and paid attention to details. They were challenged with having to wrap carpet on 12 stairs (4x10x40) and did a super job. They were also able to move some very heavy furniture including a pool table. They cleaned up every day and left every thing spotless. We would rank this company as a 5 star organization.

I called and talked with Scott the owner and he was a able to answer my questions right away. His pricing is great we had got other bids and they way over his. The installers were great, they worked hard to make sure it was done correctly. I cant thank them enough for the job they did. We love the flooring so much we contacted Scott again for counter tops, again his price and crew of installers were awesome. We got an AMAZING, high-quality wood, AND quart kitchen counter tops for the same price as other companies were quoting us for sub-par wood alone. The job was done brilliantly. Amazing attention to detail, everything is perfection. They worked with our ridiculous schedules, and made everything an absolute breeze. They left the house in immaculate condition, and we are so thankful. The work theyve done will likely have increased the value of our home beyond what we spent on having the project completed. We needed to find vinyl wood plank flooring for our upstairs bedrooms. We visited many flooring stores in Anaheim but couldn’t find the product or salesman that we were comfortable with.We found Anaheim Carpet and Flooring on the website and viewed all of their positive reviews.We visited Anaheim Carpet and met with one of their salesman Matt.He was extremely cordial not over bearing. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to help select the product we ultimately purchased. He visited our home to take measurements on day that would work for us. He also brought out more color samples to make certain we were happy with the color.We told Matt we also needed to find a porcelain wood plank installer for the bottom floor.He emailed us a quote for the project. We felt the price was extremely fair and agreed to proceed.Matt said he would send his best installers so we waited a couple weeks before the project startedWe first had the porcelain wood blank done.Richard was the man in charge of this project. He had to move 2 full leather couch sets, 2 large 65” plasma TVs and a full dinning room table and chairs. He was extremely knowledgeable, did exceptional work. He was very neat. We were very happy with his finished work. All planks were perfectly aligned and the grout perfectly set.We then had Adrian and Miguel do our upstair vinyl wood blank flooring. They moved all of our furniture carefully California king beds, steel filing cabinets,drawers, and delicate office equipment. Again we were extremely happy with their work, very neat, all planks were perfectly aligned. Then they put the furniture back exactly where we wanted itFinally the baseboards were painted with a spray gun and installed perfectly. All of the nail holes were caulked and the corners as well.I would give the entire project a perfect score 100.Price was extremely fair.I have never rated any work performed on my house.
