Omg the Asian guy is the biggest D-head I’ve ever met. I’m hoping he is the owner because why would someone have a guy like that work for you. Extremely rude and lazy. Totally disinterested and can even ask a couple questions. It almost like they don’t want your business at all. My worst experience ever. The guy must never haven’t got laid in his life.
I visited this place with my kitchen renovation designer and was very pleased. I was amazed by the large variety of samples that were available for viewing. The displaysof the finished kitchens were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this place prior to their renovations.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. If your contractor insists on using them, find a new contractor. If you choose them, your misery will begin at reception where you will have to wait an hour(or more) to get a sales representative. We had an appointment. We had multiple sales representatives walk past us but no one bothered to even ask if they could help us. We overlooked that and picked out the countertop style we needed. The sales representative Richard assured us all four slabs are from the same crate and match. Big mistake. We should’ve gone through all four to confirm and tag. When we fabricated and started to install, three were a darker shade and one was lighter. Same crate, same bar code, same color code. We went back to BCS and told them what had happened. They agreed that this was an issue from the supplier. We negotiated a discounted price to buy four more slabs. When we went back to pick the slabs, Richard told us that they can not honor the price they gave us the day before and that we will have to buy at the original price. We asked to speak to Richards manager Erica. She told Richard she was busy and we will have to come back. We asked to speak to the Shu the site Director and were told she was not available either. At that point we walked away to go to another store.Like I said, bad customer service, bad sales people and disinterested management. Stay clear
I know that sometimes homeowners get angry because places like this don’t divulge prices but how else can we punish those of you who are terrible customers by sneaking a little extra cash off the price of your stone. For those of you who are good customers you already understand that we treat you fairly and honestly anyway so you have nothing to fear.

Overall I liked my experience. I had to make appointment to meet with a sales person, they ran 30 minutes behind. The showroom is beutiful and has alot to look at while waiting. The rep was knowgeable and did apologize. COVID protocols in place.
Richard was 20 minutes late...however very nice and we found what we were looking for👍
I purchased 3 prefabricated kitchen countertops and they did not match. The installer did not tell me that the counter did not match. When I contacted Best Cheer they told me that it was the installers responsibility to make sure the countertops matched. I feel the responsibility starts with Best Cheer. They gave us the wrong pieces that did not match and I ended losing a couple of thousand dollars because now I have to tear everything out and start all over again. I will not be returning to Best Cheer. I would not purchase anything from Best Cheer! Stay clear of these people!
Horrible customer service in the warehouse. Waited over 2 hours for 5 boxes while I watched 4 customers come after me and have their order picked. After an hour I asked about my order and she then proceeded to put it in the pickup bin! (Wasnt in the bin for an hour). After another hour I went back in and she told me sorry other people have smaller orders. So I watched 4 people wait 10 minutes while I waited 2 hours because my order was 3 boxes more than theirs. This place has an issue with a very rude female warehouse customer service worker.

Made us wait for a long time before anyone helped us. Carla greeted us hesitantly and we felt judged by her. She assumed my wife and I did not have a licensed contractor. In fact we do. And we’re referred by 2 professionals to come see their show room but they lost my business before I made any decisions about their product.

I want to personally thank JO ANN front Desk for helping me for the past two days. She went above and beyond her duties. She had no problem answering my questions and my phone calls. When I got there she already had my sample ready than helped me by getting me 2 more samples when I told her what she was looking for. If you need help please ask for her. I love this place, awesome showroom. You will not be disappointed
Its great! I have got stone, kitchen and bath products over time. I highly recommend the selections/ variety and quality. Yes you wait... yes big regular buyers get the attention first. They know what they want and all get back to business. Not the people who are time demanding needing a lot of help. I disagree with some of the negative reviews. The price makes up for a little inconvenience . Of course you may have to come back a few times to be recognized as a ready now, frequent buyer! My experiences at least! MJ
Wow what a joke! Worst customer service ever! Walked in and the front desk lady was so rude! I had never been there before and she was so dismissive and acted like I was some road block in her day. We proceeded to go look at the different levels of stone that they had. As we were looking we had a few questions about the pricing on the levels. We went to ask a salesmen for help and he treated us like children, as if we had no idea that pricing went lowest 1 and hugest 5. Look dude we get that but we want to know what kind of price we are looking at for the different levels. I highly recommend never going here as a customer. They should warn customers not to go there without their contractor.
This is a great place for a nice selection of stone. Hector helped us choose some vanity tops in record time! I’m usually overwhelmed with all of the choices, but his help made the process really smooth, and the price was a LOT less than I expected.
Very very bad service when it comes to helping you with a price a of a material. Im actually a contractor and have an account there and literally had to call 7 times to get a price. They kept transferring me to the department that takes care of that stuff and nothing. They also said to call one of their sellers directly to their cell phone, they even provided me with the number and no answer. Just gave up. Im exhausted and my customer is loosing credibility in me. Thinks I cant find her stone and these guys are the only ones that have it. And what poor service I tell ya!
Awful service. Guy who helped me was a real jerk. He said he has no boss and doesnt care what I think and doesnt care if I buy or not. He walked away and left me standing there. Isnt the customer the one who is suppose to walk away? I went to their competitor that same day and spent $5k. Nobody at this store cares. Very poorly run business. I would fire the sales force and their manager.

DO NOT purchase cabinets here. The wait is INSANE to pick them up and they charge you now a 25% restocking fee if you have returns. I will NEVER buy from them again. There are plenty of other Chinese cabinet companies that sell yhe same product. Just look around F this place

Jo han at the front desk is rude and should not be the front person for this business. The service was the worst I have experienced in a long time....and Im a local guide for google who reviews several places and have never been treated this bad ever. I would get as far away from this place as you can....go to the competition. Go to West coast flooring on Raymond in fullerton. I was treated as though my money didnt mean anything to them. Could you imagine if you had an issue with them after you ordered something?
Love their granite. However when choosing your granite keep in mind the light. Otherwise when u get home the color is very different. Take a flash light with you.
I had some customer service hiccups but once Erica got involved, she personally took care of the details and made the situation right. Their selection is very good. I would be a return customer, but it is prudent to have a professional relationship with someone specific to smooth any service issues.

This place makes the whole process too complicated, too uncomfortable and too unpleasant. The customer service is so awful . I was sent to Melissa to design my kitchen cabinets and she was awful . She was on the phone the whole time and was not sure how to design
Front desk staff very rude & disgusting.
After shopping for weeks, we finally found the motherload of stone countertops at BCS, and the prices are at least 15% less if not 50%. At a store on State College, we overheard employees talking about buying their stone from BCS, and Im so glad we did because we nearly bought there. We were assigned to a salesman named Hector, who was PHENOMENAL! He was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable, plus he made shopping really easy, even enjoyable. At BCS we purchased White Macaubas, Aquarela, Carrara quartz & marble and saved $$$ thousands. Our whole house remodel will be full of BCS stone! Thank you to Hector and the whole BCS team who helped to create our beautiful home.
After 45 minutes after they took my money Im still waiting for the part to be released, whatever that means!
