Staff is AWESOME!! We plan on replacing another bedrooms carpet soon and will go to them. Employees at the store was wonderful and friendly. Their carpet selections are modern and nice. Installation was smooth and professional.

Whats great about Best Carpets? Where do I start... where else can you go, to an owner-operated mom and pop shop (so there are no pushy salespeople fighting over commissions) where they will allow you to take your time browsing THOUSANDS of samples in their good sized warehouse - guys this is a warehouse not a tiny showroom. You can walk right in and choose your actual ROLL of carpet right there and have it installed within days if you need quick turn around. Or, you can special order from literally any brand out there. Since they are independent from any chain system the owner can carry whatever she wants in her warehouse and even call up any manufacturer of flooring or carpet mill and get pricing and availability for your project. (They are actually really good at figuring out the real brand names of privately labeled samples that people bring in from more expensive flooring places). The owner has been selling flooring and carpet longer than Ive been alive and has gotten feedback over the years from her repeat clients on what products hold up the best over time and can make incredible recommendations to you. This place is a one stop shop for your whole house - carpet, ceramic tile, laminate, linoleum (yes they are one of a few places that still carries sheet goods of brand name linoleum), the newer high tech manufactured hardwoods, vinyl planking, commercial grade carpet, luxury residential carpet, car carpet, AstroTurf, and everything in between. They are very upfront about timelines and can even check availability with the manufacturers while you are there to make sure you dont take home samples of something thats back-ordered if you have a quicker turnaround on your project. Bring in your color scheme swatches and samples and have fun looking at all of the options and make sure to utilize Dees vast knowledge of all things flooring. Trust me you will be impressed. I am!

(I went to 3 different places for quotes and here was the cheapest quote) Im so happy with my experience at Best Carpet Warehouse. Zach was a great help, very professional and knowledgeable! He was miraculously able to schedule a last minute install for Thanksgiving weekend for me. All thanks to their installer Steve who was very nice and accommodating willing to do the install with only 2 days notice. Steve is an experienced installer with 40 years of knowledge under is belt, and it shows. Thanks guys for getting me what I needed at a great price! I highly recommend Best Carpet to anybody needing carpet at a great price and selection, with a professiona and helpful staff!!

Bought a fixer upper a few months ago..needed flooring badly. I went to home depot and another flooring place as well. Thought I would try Best Carpet Warehouse as I drove by there often on my way to work..Zack and Dee were really nice to work with..they gave me many options and worked with my budget. They explained to me the differences in quality and price, got top of the line carpet and flooring at a great price. They were so patient and answered my many questions. Home Depot wanted twice as much for carpet that was half the quality. Having my carpet installed in a week. So excited about our new flooring, cant wait. Thanks Zack and Dee and David.
