Pretty much the worst install possible! The entire flooring was installed wrong. The bull nose on the stairs fell off in 6 hours and they were unable to fix. Baseboards were installed incorrectly everywhere. Multiple tiles were broken during the install and they were unable to remove then so now the new flooring just has broken sections. Also we paid to have the existing flooring hardwood removed. They simply covered over the buckling flooring we paid them to replace which caused the new flooring to buckle as well. Do not use these guys! Absolutely terrible! The photo is from 2 days after install!

Do not recommend this company at all. Henry has been full of excuses and rescheduling for our 600 square foot carpet job.I’m sad to say you get what you pay for. We went with them because we’re the best price, but for the money we’ve lost in taking now four days off work and boarding our dog for four days we are past the price of the competition.And we’re still only half way installed. Two small bedrooms and a living room should not be a multi-day install when you start at 9:30am. But it’s 4:30pm and we only have two rooms installed (and the closests and trim haven’t even been done yet). The installer is extremely nice and professional, but he’s by himself. And having this be a multi-day job when it’s already two days late is ridiculous.Highly recommend going with someone else, even if it costs more.

First of all, Henry is incredible. He came to my house to measure for carpeting. He took all the time needed to do an accurate measurement. Payless A to Z came in at a great cost compared to other flooring stores. Installation went very well, crew was very professional and everything looks great. I will definitely recommend Henry and Payless A to Z to anyone I know who needs home improvement work done. I will use them for future projects. Just fantastic to deal with!
