They were great and helpful. Seems every time I visit they sell me something else I wasn’t expecting to get.

Call and ask them to hold a game for me. They confirm they have it on hold. Drive all the way over just to be told they dont have it.. what was the purpose of my call?? And if you couldnt find it, why not have the courtesy of returning a call before someone wastes their time and gas getting there?

While I don’t have problems at other GameStop locations. This particular one has staff that don’t do there job. This is the closest one to where I live but I find myself traveling the distance now for a GameStop with decent working employees. I’ve had multiple problems with this location. when they can’t do there job.They have sent me to other locations to GameStop’s with adequate people that know there job. Not all GameStop’s are bad. But this one is.

This is one of the best game stops to shop at. The customer service here is top notch. They will really take their time to explain and recommend things to you. It gets packed but they do well at getting the line down quickly. My husband says it’s the only one he’ll ever go to again.

I don’t always get lucky here. Many times the stuff I want aren’t there or it’s very overpriced. Most of the time there are good staff. Had a couple of complications. Tried to sell my Xbox with games and every thing, guy offered $2.

Staff is always friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. They also care to ask what taste of games you like and steer you away from stuff I probably wouldnt like.

Why do you advertise on your game stop app that you have PS3 controllers than when I call they say they havent had for a year and there never gonna have him in stock

They wouldnt let me return a game because when I tried, they had closed early the last day of the return window. Not gonna come back here ever again, they cant and wont help you. Ive been to a lot of gamestops with nice and friendly associates, this definitely isnt one of them.

I ordered a game on Tuesday the 2nd and it’s said it will be here up to 4 or 7 days, I waited for 7 days and it DIDINT COME. So I tracked it and it said JUNE 15 AND IT DIDNT COME and it didn’t come still

This is one of the biggest Gamestop locations around. Bigger inventory of toys and collectibles compared to other locations. They seem to get very busy sometimes then all of a sudden quiet. The place is clean and well organized with lots of walking space. Pretty good prices, especially when they have a sale. I dont really like buying games here because they open new games but I definitely like finding a nice action figure or cool Gamestop only statue.

Just your average GameStop. The employees from when I went a while back seem to be strict on age rated games. They described a game in all its detail to a parent who might not know what the game is about, and letting the parent know what they are buying for their kid, which is a good thing. They could be pushy at times in trying to get you to buy their membership program. I come to this GameStop for midnight releases only now a days.

The guy there was super nice. And the place was more bigger then any other GameStop. So they had more stuff which was really good to see more stuff in stock then other store. Plus they had a good selection on clearance. Next time Im coming again before my disney trip.

They never have the games or gift cards that Im looking for ever in stock for the Xbox.... i was trying to get copy of cod mw for the xbox one they dont have it..... but PS4 all day long SMH.... i have been shopping there for years I think its been a decade-and-a-half. I wanted to buy the Xbox series 2 elite controller when they first came out... they couldnt even do that because they told me I couldnt have a new one but they had extras in stock... Basically got told that they have to give the people that pre-ordered the controller a chance I couldnt have one even the extra ones that no one pre ordered basically lost of sell which they could have made money right then and there.... my GameStop looks smaller and brand new these days which is dope looking make it much more easier to shop around but they never have PC accessories or xbox games in stock that i need... I would love to be in my Game Stop a lot more. its down the street from my home literally. I love the convenience of getting their easily and being able to buy games and pc stuff when theyre available to me. which is disappointing to me Ive had to use their competitors to buy game and accessories at this point in time. because they never have anything I want in stock. also minus the xbox series 2 Elite controller issue they have amazing staff at that store they treat me good and go above and beyond but like I said they never have what Im looking for in the store in stock

Best Gamestop around. I have never had an issue that store manager Marcus could not resolve. The staff has always been attentive and very informative. Keep up the great work.

I came in to trade in a few accessories and an Xbox 360 and i was surprised and pleased with the help i received right away. Nathan was real nice and friendly with a few truths about the conditions of my accessories and gave me suggestions on other things that would be beneficial in my situation. Ive been to a couple other GameStops and this has to be the best one. Been here a few times and I always get helped respectfully.

One of the nicer game stops. Employees are good as well. As far as the comment about them always trying to sell the rewards card.... well its because it saves you a ton of money...

Was excited to buy a anime figure that they only had in display, it was out of the box so I thought it was a good price, but at the moment I was going to pay for it, ( price tag was 24.99) they where charging me like 55 with tax, so they didn’t honor the price or offer a discount, they just said well that’s not the price, super disappointing,

Dont agree with the bad rating above...my experience has always been positive...I worked in the same shopping center and visited constantly...I asked the staff member about educational software (games)and a system for a 6 yr old...he was very knowledgeable and guided me to the Nintendo DS...bought over 20 games for her to play...im a gamer and have been playing video games since my childhood...I can always count on Game stop to take me back to old games I enjoyed as a kid...Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo 1, Knock Out Kings, Gauntlet Legends, Crusin USA, MORTAL KOMBAT 1, Tekken, Killer Instinct Gold, House of the Dead, Crazy Taxi, Twisted Metal, Donkey Kong Country and many many others....great stock, great games, great times....enjoy

Alex was great at customer service here and got a Nintendo Wii for my girlfriend for her birthday. The service was spot on and the employees were very responsive.

Great Gamestop and larger than most. The service here is great, and the local Nintendo meet up groups meet here every now and then, where they have games, contests, and even an official Nintendo rep.

I’ve been going here since 2012 and I’ve always bought games here. I can’t say this is the BEST Store I’ve been to but it’s a loyal one at most, the people here Change every few months but they always seemed to ask me “Wanna pre order this” but it’s there job so I don’t mind. I think it’s a great store. I Pre Ordered GTA5 Here Before and that was in 2013.

Good selection of game and collectibles only bad thing is when pre-ordering sometimes they do not have it and can be just a little bit pricey

Good store friendly people the only problem I think all Gamestops are like this but for some games it says its new but its not because its not sealed Gamestop needs to fix this problem! A game that is not sealed should be considered pre-owned.

I bought a brand new controller on sale for 75 dollars....i also bought a couple other things such as broken astros A20 and a past controller i bought had dead zones in the left stick....i allsooooo feel like the guy never wearing his uniforms knows hes ripping me off each time i go back but me not being able to drive gives me no choice but to keep going back.
