So they do not open to the public during day games.Hours are also different on game days.I bought a ticket at the will call for $5 to go in.Shawn? Sean? Was very helpful and kind during the visit to the store—I came at 10 since calling the number says it’s open Wed - Sat 10am - 3pm. It wasn’t open and someone in the store said they open at 11:30 am. So I came back later and security asked someone in the store and they said they’re closed for the day. Calling them is no good since no one picks up the phone and they give you the incorrect hours on the voicemail.Hopefully I can update this review later but for now trying to visit is a pain if they can’t give out the correct information. I saw a shirt in the store I would like to buy that’s not available online. It seems pretty disorganized here.It was jam packed and crowded; so I can see why there were limits and a need to put a stop to certain orders since they were being overwhelmed.The store is under the two giant Angels cap sculptures.

Today, Im watching a night game starting atb18:30. However, I went to the stadium earlier to see if the store was opening or not. It was open today (Friday) from 10am to 3pm, and reopening again from 5pm for the game.Very friendly and helpful staff there!

Workers are friendly. Some kids size jersey are out of stock. Even Dick’s sport goods got more choice than the Angels team store.😅🤣

Worker saw my nephew trying to get a ball from adell he threw it to someone else. So the worker went and got him a ball Polk County hit a home run with during batting practice and gave it to him

Went to purchase Game tickets. Disappointed, you can only buy them online. Daughter had a great time shopping in team store.

The merch is expensive as expected and it can get crowded making it difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair.

The selection was terrible they only have one kind of bobbleheads the shirt I wanted was $429 Ive loved the angel since I was a child and I always will they will always be my favorite team that was a little too extreme

Although their website states they are open until 5:00pm, they actually close at 3:00pm. Drove from south county to purchase a birthday present arriving at 3:10 and was turned away. Please update your hours!!!!!!

As a life long Angels fan its hard for me to say anything bad about the team store. Well except for the customer service that is. I went to the team store to return a hat I had just purchased (gift wrong size). But instead of returning my money they charged my account again. Ive called and talked to a supervisor who could not help me. So I called numerous times since. Ive left several messages and have not been in contact with anyone from the team store its now 3 months later still nothing. I will not be buying anything from the team store again. Their loss I normally buy multiple items for family and friends every year. Thanks Angels for making my season even more intolerable from the team on the field to your horrible customer service.

I am VERY disappointed! The best thing is, the have a great selection of Angles gear. The bad thing is, everything is at least twice as expensive, and often much, much more

I like this store really cool. I love go to angels baseball game next year in 2018 and see the angel team.

A typical baseball team store stacked with everything that has the Angels logo printed on them. Nothing special, but its pretty small compared to other stadium stores Ive been to. Staff is OK but not terribly friendly.

I thought this would be the Mecca of Angels gear but they were seriosly lacking in the jersey department. Only Trout and Ohtani available and very few womens sizes. Disappointed.

It gets crowded because we love and support our team. If they dont have an item in your size, the team store employees are more than happy to help you find what you need.

Although expensive (as expected), Ive been able to purchase some great souvenirs of my favorite Angels players. Great store, but super-busy after the game so hit it up some time during the game for quick service.

Cant get in without a ticket. Just proves, once again, that the Angels arent really a major league team.
