I used to like shopping here but its way too crowded now, when I ask the employees about items or for help they constantly give incorrect info... also the mobile checkout always crashes so end up in line anyhow. Today was definitely our last attempt shopping here for a while.

I always have a positive and happy time. When me and parents come visit this place. But the lady working by the exit door is very rude and needs to work on her attitude. She a chubby African American girl with curly hair. Working around 12:30 pm. She is lucky I didnt complain to her manger.

Awsome Place...One Of My Favorite Stores

After the recent renovation (and relocation to behind Earl of Sandwich), the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney has finally returned to its original location right outside the main entrance to the parks and across from the parking trams. The store is overwhelming as ever, with all the swags that you could want from Disney located at a single location. Further, given the store is accessible without a park ticket, its the easiest way to pick up Disney gifts for people compared to visiting a Disney store in the mall. Were really going to miss the original display above the entrances, but the simplified version of signage is a lot clearer. The lines for checkout can get slightly ridiculous close to park closing times, but the staff are well trained to deal with irritable customers.

When shopping at downtown Disney does not have enough handicap spaces. Had to walk from the other side of the parking lot.

Its a Disney store what more can you say! No line to get in this time, wasnt crowded either; surprising for a Sunday. Had lots of new clothes, not much new in toys & games or such. We were able to get what we were after. The staff are always so helpful, went to great lengths to find the jacket I wanted. Looking forward to our next trip!

I could find what I was looking for, but It was ok

This was just a magical experience. Walt Disney wouldn’t recognize what his park has become. Long lines, over priced gimmicks, you name it, Disney has it. The food prices are simply outrageous. I can’t understand why?? As if Disney isn’t making a ton already? I guess they make a ton because so many people are willing to throw their money at this place. And honestly, if you got more than 3 kids, and you put them on leashes? You’re the reason this place isn’t what it used to be. Save that 500 bucks you’re about to drop and use it in a way that doesn’t consist of throwing it down the toilet.

LOVE THIS PLACE. PROBABLY THE MOST BUSIEST SHOP THERE AT DOWNTOWN DISNEY.VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS VERY CROWDED. GOOD STOCK OF ITEMS TO LOOK AT. BUT SEEM A BIT PRICEY. BUT OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO BROWSE AND SHOP.

It’s an amazing store for the kids. They love it. The prices are high but this is nothing different to other Disneyland stores and restaurants. There so many different types of gifts you can buy and offer to family and friends when you get back home. They also offer to ship your items so you don’t have to worry about transportation. Thank you Disney for making this happen

Of course the name of the place is named appropriately it is everything world of Disney of course bring your wallet. People are going nuts buying everything spending lots of money there if you like Disney this is the place for you to be.

Fun store for a bunch of souvenieers, my Corgi makes me come here to get him pillow pets. Limes get a little long but they move quickly. Dont come with your gf or else shes gonna find a way to come home with new stuffed animals when theres already no room on the bed

The ultimate Disney retail location with all your Disney merch needs in one place. Seasonal features in the center portion give unique life and focus on those items. And with an eclectic Disney modern decor, this store offers an inviting place to get a variety of toys, clothes for all ages, and home items. Highly recommend visiting after a day in Disneyland or just as a quintessential stop when visiting Downtown Disney.

World of Disney is a great place to buy merchandise. This shop has just about everything you’ll find within the parks.

World of Disney is always awesome. The cast members are always friendly and helpful. If you go enough they even remember you haha. A lot of great items and new items regularly. You can go once a week and see something new every time.

This store is nothing like the one in FL. Big let down. I expected it to be bigger and better than it is.

On Sunday 8/16/2020 I took my niece to buy her a birthday gift. She picked out the Rapunzel Tower Playset which cost a total of $53.82 after taxes. She was super excited to get home and play with her new toy. We drove 21 miles back home and opened an incomplete product. None of the character figures were provided which is part of the play set. I contacted them via email to explain the problem and their response was “ Due continued operational closures, we are unable to assist with replacements for Disneyland theme park merchandise at this time. “ How is this acceptable? I contacted them via email because even the simple drive back for a refund is an INCONVENIENCE. Most importantly this entire situation is unfair for my niece. As you can see in the photo I shared the happiness and excitement my niece is expressing while waiting in check out line. In this same photo you will see the characters are already missing from the package. Note to self: google packaging for any Disney toys before purchasing because apparently they won’t help you if toy set happens to be missing anything.

Huge store can find all the items from thorough out the park. They do embroidery too. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It has got just about every Disney item that Disneyland and California Adventure has. A huge store chalked full of Disney from apparel to stuffed animals to home goods and more! Friendly and helpful staff along with 3 large register areas for checkout. And dont forget to visit during the seasonal times; the proje tours change and so do the decorations

It was wonderful since Disneyland remains closed. It has good food, Disney music playing in the background, and friendly staff to greet you around every corner. Its a lovely way to spend a relaxing day.

This is so beautiful I had so much fun shopping and looking at all the Disney Characters it took me back to my childhood. My Favorite is Micky and Minnie Mouse. I cannot wait to shop at the Disney store again. Thank you Disney Staff. Love Miss Patricia Burditt ❤️

My family and I had a great time at Downtown Disney and shopping in World of Disney. The customer service was out standing and I can see how it is going to be when Disneyland reopens. Even though we have to wear these masks my family and I still had a great time.

Two weeks ago they didnt have the pink starbucks disney cup during the 30% off event and the very next day when it ended they had them in stock to limit of 1 at full price so its very shady of them to that

I paid $13 to ship a purchase home as it was too large to be a carry on for our plane trip. It has been over a week and I cannot track my item. I called the only number available for World of Disney Anaheim and I got a woman on the east coast. She told me that her own friends have purchase things in Disneyland that can never be tracked. They eventually get them within two to three weeks. That is unacceptable when you pay for shipping in this day in age. Now its probably not going to arrive in time for my granddaughters birthday if at all. Come on Disney you can do better with your partnerships with your shippers. If its UPS that cant properly enter the information then maybe you should consider using a different shipping company. All I know is even after calling the number provided on my receipt, is that I may or may not get it and tracking will likely never show up for me. Even the Disney employees cant track it. This is the least impressive experience of my whole Disney trip. I will likely never purchase anything to be shipped home unless I do it from the website. Lame service with this one!

Went here to find an Disney outfit for my son. There was absolutely nothing for baby boys. I believe 2T was their smallest size and even those were scarce. They did however have clothes for baby girls.

The worst idea ever to open up. It is ridiculous. Do not go to this place. At 12PM I drove around for 1 hour and could not get in the parking lot. The parking lot was temporary on pause. Then when I came back at 7PM, i was able to get to the Disney s. The worst part is they did not advertise that you need to put in a reservation. Disney sucks and does not know how to run things in a pandemic. I will not be coming back for a long time.

We absolutely love this store! Cast members are always extra friendly and smiling.

I went on a Monday afternoon/evening. The store had no line or waiting queue to get in. My complaint was that the music was too loud, items were CRAMMED next to one another and was hard to move about as a single person, let alone me walking with my service dog in the store. I was constantly interrupted by cast members asking me questions about my dog, which I didnt get since they shouldt be distracting us. There is so many items in this store, it was very overwhelming to actually see everything. They also need to better organize items, such as put like items together. Star wars together, ears together.. not have a larger section yet also sprinkle OTHER merch throughout the store.

Be prepared to wait in line. But it moves pretty quickly, waited for about 15 minutes, but it worth it, because the store is not crowded and allows you to browse and shop in comfort.

Due to corona, they have a virtual que instead of standing in line. You check in near Brea Bakery by providing your phone number and Disney staff will text you when its your turn to come into World of Disney. It was MUCH better than the craziness we saw on social media for reopening day and physical distancing was enforced.

Lots of variety to choose from! From clothing to snacks to kitchen equipment, this store has it all! If you really want to buy a Disney park exclusive item, youd have to go inside the park, but otherwise amazing store to shop! Extremely friendly and happy staff to go along with it all. Overall, great experience every time I go in.

So much fun. First family trip, ran into some hitches, but an otherwise awesome trip. Cast members were always helpful in answering any and all questions we had. Planning on doing it all over again next year but better! Thanks Disney!!!!

I want to thank three employees tonight that really made my sons day. My son lost his Mickey ears hat on a ride. The ride cast were not able to help us. We looked in this store to purchase a replacement. They didnt have any on the shelf. We explained this to Thea and Jaime. They immediately went into action to help us locate another. While we waited they kept our family happy and chatted with us about our trip . Thea grabbed celebration buttons for us. Jaime was really helpful too . He made sure to keep us up to date on the progress while the magic went on behind the scenes. Then finally Jordan came out with our sons hat. Jaime and Jordan checked us out quickly and apologized for the delay. To our surprise Jordan told us it would be no charge. I am so thankful to all three of these employees that were completely professional, friendly, and helped our family feel the magic of Disneyland! Thank you all so much! My son could not be happier!

My son really wanted a Pluto stuffed animal that their store didn’t have in stock just yet. It was only in California Adventure and it was already to late to go back into the park and that broke his little heart. After talking to a few staff members there and management it took a little time but they did everything they could to make my son happy and for that I appreciate the staff there very much! Classic! Everything Disney that is available while Lord Newsom keeps Dland shut down

The best Disney store at the resort. It’s massive and was recently renovated. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here it probably doesn’t exist. But the crowds can be insane!

Kind of expected, but prices within the store are extremely high, with items as simple as a baseball cap going for $20-$30. However, the store does offer a lot of different products for all Disney fans, and cast members offered excellent service. Cast Member Justine was especially helpful in ensuring we were finding everything we needed.

This is a huge store and there are many sections to browse through. The aisles are wide between sections so you shouldnt bump into another person. There’s lots of items that I dont see at Disney stores at malls.We went prior to entering Disneyland but came back after finishing the day at the park to pick up a couple items that I didnt want to carry around all day.Happiest place on earth, second to the actual park.

Great store to find any Disney merchandise! If I dont have time to enter the theme parks, I visit this store to buy any Disney merchandise. This store is huge!Service is always great here. I love how they have three different entrances. Keep in mind, if you order online from the Disney Store youre not able to ship it to this location. This is not a Disney Store, its the World of Disney store.

I love this place

I feel as though they carry merch of all classics except for Chip and Dale. They are a very loved classic and I was only able to find a set of regular plushies and a set of Halloween exclusive ones. I would have loved to see more apparel options or anything else in general. Great store otherwise.
