Good job on the countertops...but not a fan of the customer service style. I usually get 3 prices before I decide which company to use...

We had a quartz countertop installed by Aegean Stoneworks through Reborn Cabinets 3 yrs ago. Now a crack has appeared on one of the pieces. Reborn and Aegean will not take responsibility for the issue stating the warranty period has expired. We believe it is still Reborn or Aegean s responsibility to fix this problem after such a short time, especially for a material that is supposedly indestructible. Repeated calls to Aegean have been fruitless because no one appears to care to return our calls. Aegean has the replacement part now but we cannot learn what the cost of the replacement part will be and if installation would be an extra cost. This is not how customer service should be run.

Stay away! Zero communication. One person promises something as the others say it’s not my job!

No call backs, excuses when they do answer. Nightmare company to do business with!They have my money, and I have NO PRODUCT!!!
