Krizia was great and helped us get close matches for two tiles that had been purchased over 15 years ago. She made it painless and was very helpful!!

Beautiful Material with Bad Customer Service. We bought all the tile, tub shower door and shower column from Porcelanosa back at the end of October 2019. The sales lady seemed really put off by the whole selling something to someone deal. I let it go at the time because maybe she was just having a bad day. She didnt even say thank you or crack a smile after we paid over $4,000.00 in her store. Now several months later the shower column we purchased is malfunctioning. We have called the show room, customer service, The warehouse, sent emails without any response from the company. We understand that they are limited on staff due to the pandemic but not to get a call back or an email back to say, hey well get to you soon, has not happened. Bottom line, our water is off because the part needed to fix our issue comes only from Porcelanosa. I would even fix it myself at this point and forego the warranty. JUST RETURN MY CALL.

Excellent materials. Beautiful styling. Placed an order. Havent heard from them in two months. Order was supposed to be in in 4-6 weeks. No one ever answers the phone in their showroom. You have to go there to get any questions answered. Bad customer experience.

They have very good products but the service from some of their salesperson is not up to standard. I had to call several times and shouted out loudly ( which I never wanted to but have to) to get the response.I bought my whole house from tiles to bathrooms materials.. and still dont get the service I deserve. My frustrations!!!
