I own several of their products and never had a problem - they work flawlessly. The products are very reasonably priced and work well particularly since they are so value priced. When I buy a VALUE PRICED item, which these ARE, I expect to throw it away if it breaks and buy another one. I can buy 3 or 4 Optimus products for the price of one best quality product. So even if these break periodically, Im still ahead of the game with the Optimus product.
About one year ago I bought one of the Radiant Dish Radiant Heaters Model H-4440 at Loews in Southaven, Ms. When the Large Oscillating dish went out after a few months we tried to contact Optimus Enterprises for support and every avenue we tried led to a dead end, there is a boatload of contact information on their website but the numbers do not answer and the email goes unanswered. I suspect that the company is either out of business or hiding from its product support responsibilities, either way... Buyer beware, do not buy Optimus Branded Appliances as they are a poorly designed and supported product.
Do not buy anything from this brand. They do not stand behind their products. I have a fan and it only lasted 2 1/2 years before the motor died. I called them and they stated I could mail the motor back to them (at my cost) and I also had to include a money order of 18 dollars (so they can mail it back). The fan costs just under 100. Between S&H both ways, I would be paying almost half the price of the fan. Stay away from this company, trust me.
This buisness wont answer their phones or emails on a recall radiant heater, i will never buy a product from them again
I called for customer service for a floor heater that I have used a couple of times. It stopped working completely and they refused to help mePOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS
Answered on 3rd try, 1st 2 line was busy. friendly and handle my issue with no issues.
