My experience at Pandora was wonderful. The representatives at the store were sensitive to Covid precautions and the store was clean. I felt safe. I was shown all the items I wanted to see. I purchased items for myself and my daughter.

My daughter and I started charm bracelets for each other this year and the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Pandora never let us down with their expertise and personal touch!

Made a purchase and there was an issue with the wireless checkout. I was concerned I would be charged twice, but Amy took my information down, just in case. Although there were no duplicate charges, I received a call from Amy advising me she also checked and verified of the correct charges. I felt Amy’s customer service was above and beyond and truly appreciated her help.

Came in today for a anniversary gift and was immediately greeted at the the door. I was helped by Joella she was very helpful and really knew her merchandise. The level of professionalism of the staff was beyond amazing. Thank you ladies for the wonderful help.

Store is super cute, clean and neat! staff was friendly and they cleaned my wedding ring free! Also grateful they have a cast member discount so I got my mom pretty earrings for Mothers day!

I loved that I FINALLY got my bracelet! I have the 3 Droids from Star Wars...I really wish Pandora would make Marvel or more Star Wars charms.

Loved my charms, the customer service was great, they did an amazing job in keeping social distance aswell as keeping everything sanitized.

Three stars because the employees were friendly, but I was not allowed to look around, I had to stand behind a plexiglass screen and tell the employee what I wanted, it was odd. I will go back when they are fully open.

Good but I dont like the fact that nobody can walk around to look at other products that it doesnt make any sense

The manager of this store is super rude and gives you dirty looks and makes you feel like you dont belong there while you wait in line and even in the store while looking at jewelry. Very disappointed in the customer service provided by the manager.

Love this store Except the unique Disney selection is at the.dress shop. Be careful what line u get into.

Morgan was our super star sales gal on our 1st trip back to DTD and the girl deserves a raise!! Charming, friendly, patient and so helpful! She absolutely made our day and knew her stuff!! Wonderful shopping experience with Lindsey picking out my first Pandora bracelet and Disney charms.

Good customer service-Lilliana helped me and took her time to answer all my questions. My fiancé bought me my Disney charm and bracelet to go with it, both are sold out elsewhere, but and Im so happy this store still have them both in stock. Im definitely coming back here to buy the rest of my charms! I also took a charm to this Pandora store that sold out @Disneystore and endup buying it in Amazon..the reason was because the charm was dirty and tarnished- the lady that helped me at this store told me it was used and I paid the full price as new for it, I was very disappointed but happy that I could buy it at this store and return the other one to Amazon with my experience I would recommend not buying any Pandora jewelry anywhere else unless is the store.

It is currently 9:20 am. The store is scheduled to be open at 9:00 am. I am standing in the rain waiting for this location to open to purchase a birthday gift that Im due to be at by 10:00 am at the Disneyland Hotel. (Update, Im being told that the store doesnt open until 10:00 am. Submitted an edit request to Google to correct the opening times. - they all said 9:00 am. Its your responsibility to have correct times.) went into Disneyland for that store. Spent $300. They were wonderful.

I always get a Disney charm when we are here. Love that they have charms exclusive to each park and dozens of other Disney charms too

There is a store next to this one called the Disney dress shop that has some pandora jewelry that is Disney inspired. What’s great about pandora is the process that it takes to make these charms each individually designed and thoroughly tested before creating them.

This Pandora location has the worst staff! They didn’t cater to my needs and they are super rude! Especially the “manager” (she has orange hair) she’s very rude!

The staff was very rude, some actitud when they are speaking to you... I didn’t want buy anything after the experience.
