I am a senior citizen, while driving debris began coming from the rear step of the Hard Rock tool truck, My passenger took photos because some debris flew onto my windshield and cracked it! I attempted to have the driver pull over which didnt even realize I was there. I notified and provided the photos to the owner and ask for it to be repaired and that we could go where he chooses to have it repaired. He refused to take my calls and told his admin (Sylvia) and his Sales person (Rob) advised me he does not cover damage to windshield, even when we provided the photos! WOW this spoke volumes to what kind of business he has that he takes NO responsibility...We were willing to work with the business...But when he would not even speak with us...Shame on him and his business!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Walking in the front door for the first time, you get a sense of nostalgia. Like in CHEERS, sometimes you just wanna go where everybody knows your name.

Wow. I wish I had experienced what those 5-star reviews experienced. I purchased a few hundred dollars of products from HRT for a project I was working on. While I feel I was over-sold on a few items, I thought Id be okay and would bring back anything I did not use. Unfortunately I came back a little after their 30-day return window (a couple days), but Hector behind the counter told me they would accept the return if I brought them the physical credit card I used to purchase the items. My wife did this the next day, but the story changed and at first they said they would not accept the return (since I did not have an account with them - I had never been offered one). Thanks to my wifes persistence the manager, Ismael, finally agreed to charge 10% for the return and accepted the (brand new, untouched) merchandise back.I feel that this establishment is quite anti-customer in the way I was treated and hope others have a more positive experience. In any event I would suggest that anyone doing business with them to be very wary of their transactions.

Do you need to set up a new stone fabrication shop? They are the right people to call ! There staff is very knowledgeable with questions you may have and are always willing to help and go the extra mile .

Great place. Lots of products and classes on stone care. Theyve started a new deal called Boot Camp that Ive attended. Lots of first hand, hands on work with marble, travertine, granite, concrete. If you want to learn hwo to make money working on stone, this is the class to attend.
