Somewhere along the line a collet I ordered got lost. Apparently the only two ways to contact anyone in support to resolve the issue is to get transferred to a full voice mailbox by sales or to write an email that will not be answered to the returns department. Might as well speak to the void thats probably where FedEx delivered my package.
