Place is a little tight but nothing to worry about,Drive to back of property by the recycling center to turn around so you don’t back up blindsided.Gate was fast, easy and friendly. Went right to a dock.Lumper was fast and friendly.Not too bad, just a little tight. Glad I didn’t have to backup between 2 trucks.

When given a door by security, go to the back of the building and go all the way to the end which is the only wide enough place to turn around. If you have to back in between two trucks ask the driver to the left side of your door to disconnect from their trailer so you have room to back in. Otherwise there may not be enough room to get around the front of their truck . Don’t be a damn rookie and try to be super trucker. You will have an accident

Half truck unload in about 1.5 hours. Ill take that for a grocery warehouse. Docks are tight but what isnt these days. Use your brain and youll be fine.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKINGTight getting in docksVERY SLOW to unload - and if their break or lunch comes before youre loaded - to bad they go anyway....Just have a full clock when you come and you should be ok....otherwise you will probably have your clock run out.

It is very clean inside, the workers are very polite and professional. The parking spaces are wide for full size pick-ups and other large vehicles. Security is constantly driving back and forth monitoring everyones parked vehicles.

Had a 7am appointment got here a little late 725 been here over 5.5 hrs waiting to get unloaded and still waiting lumper fee very expensive $240 fr half trailer.dont be late I guess that your punishment clock Eaters.Gees

Tight, tight, tight. Be on your game if they put you in a door between two other trucks. Its doable but tight because of the trailers parked in front. There is 46 feet from the noses of the trucks in the docks to the parked trailers in front of docks. Clean your mirrors and goal.

Fist time delivering at this location the security guard at the check-in entrance was very respectful and she had a good attitude. The lumper were nice as well they only take cash or checks no credit card they were quick to unload i was out in 45minutes

I was wondering,why the store on Hacienda and Glendora,is not serving customers in the Meat Department till 8am, many of us work or have important things to do,and for them to say, they will not help us till later,makes no sense.called the store and the managers are so rude.

Northgate Paramount, I been a loyal customer for the past years, until today. When I was ready to pay the cashier asked me how many bags I was paying for. I said 6, and she went to my cart to count how many bags I actually used (take in mind my paid received was at $294.53 already) like I would cheat for $.10When I asked why in my past visits there were no company employees to bag my groceries, they (manager) stated I can always shop somewhere else.

I am here delivering on a saturday and people on here say its right for a 53 I had no problems at all been in a lot tighter places so the stars r for the room got a red light but no unloading yet so we will see what happens

Tight backing, difficult if you are a new driver. Thankfully the yard employee put my trailer in the door for me. They have unloaded me pretty quickly, but Im still here waiting over an hour now for them to bring me the paperwork.

Fast in and fast out! Very good place to unload. They have lumpers that don’t mess around. It is a tight backing area but at least they unload you super quick never been there more than 3 hours.

Northgate is exceptional a nepotistic favored store. employees are double dipping attacking as vendors, doing and billing the stores for service that they should not be involved in. It is a discredit to the leadership at the southern CAL operations. Someone should report them, its so sad.

As a truck driver I find it difficult 2 back in the dock here..to many parked empty trailers.very poor design of receiving docks..

Great place to deliver to Thank you for getting me unloaded and let me unhook my trailer and letting your yard jock guy get it in the hole for me saved me some headaches of hitting something its a tight place so have your a game ready no over night parking!! What a super professional place to work for and do business with, everything there is top notch!

I been servicing Northgate stores for a while now as a vendor and most receivers are good and respectful people. But the receiver at Northgate #37 is extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Shes speaks to all vendors and some employees with vulgar language. I have never personally in all my years working in grocery stores seen such a rude and horrible human being. To top it off like i said very unprofessional. She has pink hair and covered with tattoos and some on her face. Poor choice from the store directors to have a person like that represent Northgate. She should never have a job when it comes to working with people or other vendors. Her name is Ashley.

Huge building. Friendly staff. Greeted with a smile. Alma is amazing. Plenty of parking. Security guards patrol to keep things safe.

Arrived early for 06:00 appointment, waited until 08:25 for door assignment, 10:00 by the time they got me unloaded and out of there. Lumper fee of $160.00 for straight pull of 19 pallets, all same product.Good place to practice your blind side backing skills, tight dock and staging area with approach from wrong side to be easy. Spend a lot of time trying to get turned around in tight area all the way at the end of warehouse or back from blind side.On the positive side, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and I would return again since my company pays us detention time. Have been worse places.

I am a truck operator, and go there and deliver they good security operation, people have always been friendly and courtise,I also shop at one of there stores in south San diego, I have no issues with there services,But I guess some people wont be treated like Royalty; ESCUSE ME. LOL.

Truckers-backing can be a problem since their equipment is usually left too close to the docks.Good staff and they have always gotten me in and out reasonably fast.

In and out in 1 hour. Quick service. Lose one star bcz its blind parking that took me 12 minutes and i am in and out the truck 10 times just to be safe. Definitely like to come again. They shuld have accommodate some room for trucls to maka a U-turn, problem solved.

This grocery store cares little about their customers. They do not stand by their products and are not willing to either listen the customers feedback nor address the way their employees are treating customers at the store level.

Truck drivers, small parking lot area mostly Blind Side back in, unless you can turn around at the North End of the lot, guard keeps the paperwork to sign, then one of the guards will come and give you the lumper amount if you have one, and the guard will come collect it from you when you have it ready or when your load is finished.

The one who receives is a gray-haired old man always bad, the owner believed, I do not know why they have old people working doing bad work, they should fire him if he is bad that he stays at home always very demanding as he does not send his house he wants to send and walk of culero always if I look at him in the street I give him his madrazos for free

There things more expensive than in other supermarkets sell prepared food but they sell it expensive
