I have been here a couple times and I always find the people there to be friendly and quick to help you. The store manager charlie even came out and helped change the wiper blades on my car in the rain. One of the best auto parts store in town ill be coming back here whenever I need something

Terrible way to run a business after mayor said we can open them up. To use the telephone only, when it’s busy all the time that I called, seems really dumb to me unless you get a lot of telephone lines and call waitingOr have someone by the front door taking orders for parts

The people who work at this location are some of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with at an auto parts store. Bottom line, you are better off going to a junkyard where the owner will be more knowledgeable and able to help unlike everyone of the employees at this store. Incredibly displeased with the service. I have ordered several parts to be shipped to this store and after waiting a few days the parts should have been driven there from another store, however, that is not what happened. I was told they didnt have it and I should just drive to there other location across town to get the part that I had already paid for. Where they then tried to charge me again for the same part even though I had my old receipt showing I had already paid previously. I will not be returning to this store in the future and I hope some of you find this helpful. P.S. this whole fiasco has happened several times now.

Called and asked for an air filter. Was told they had it at the warehouse and would be ready for pick up in 30-40 mins. I show up an hour later and they have not even picked it up yet.

Best location for the hobbyists car builder looking for common sense and random parts that just might work.

Guys were super friendly and very helpful, even though I had only a small electrical job to do. I will be back.
