The staff at ABC have always been helpful. They provide a wide array of products for many types of beading crafts. Importantly in this time of the great pandemic, they are very careful about Covid-19 protection. I highly recommend this store.

I went there today could not get in would not sell me 2 or 3 needles. Couldnt hear would not do as mayor said lower mask so I could try and read their lips. Very disappointed. Is everyone so afraid and dont believe Psalms 91 . Really so I guess if I said BOO they d be scared out of their minds.

The Alaska Bead Company is Great!! Lots of different kinds of beads, from seed beads to one of a kind notice me beads. Also tools, wire, thread & just about anything else you can use for making jewelry, flowers, pictures... Whatever you can imagine.

The best bead shop in Anchorage. It has the largest, best selection of beads and materials, offers beading classes, and is socially conscious during the pandemic, taking care to protect its customers and staff by requiring masks and limiting the numbers of customers at one time. I highly recommend this over the other bead shop in town.

Great selection and quality of supplies; bugle beads are packaged in a way that keeps the beads from breaking; I’ve never had a broken one from Alaska Bead Company. Best variety of Swarovski crystals in town—both in color and shape. Good selection of Swarovski glass pearls too; so much nicer than the plastic ones. Lots of fun charms with a good selection of Alaska-specific ones. I’m not semi-precious stones expert, but I’ve always found what I’ve been looking for. I like the store newsletter; they feature coupons in every edition and a 30% off coupon every October! You can purchase a $10 bead card from the store which gives you a discount for every purchase—every time I’ve gotten a bead card, it has paid for itself within a few visits. Oh! You also get a discount on your birthday!
