I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Alex, and unfortunately, I noticed some issues a couple days after I drove it home. It was an as-is, no warranty sale, so I figured I was screwed. However, Alex was genuinely concerned and offered to have his mechanic check it out and pay for the repairs. Unfortunately, his mechanic was booked up, so I took the vehicle to my mechanic, but they were also booked up and understaffed, so the vehicle sat at their shop for two and a half weeks with no progress. Alex checked in with me several times during that time to see how it was going. Finally got the vehicle repaired at another shop about a month after purchasing it, and Alex was still right there offering to pay the bill. In the end, I love the vehicle, am happy with the price I paid and the trade-in price Alex gave me for my previous vehicle, and the customer service I received. Highly recommend Autohouse!
