My son purchased a vehicle and was met with excellent customer service. Logan is such a great guy, he really took care of us. They gave him a great price on a car, under blue book, while other dealerships are inflating cost due to COVID. John, the finance guru was able to get him a decent finance rate. Ultimately, my son walked away with exactly what he wanted and BMW of Anchorage made a lifelong customer out of him and me. I went back the next day and traded in my vehicle. Again, top notch customer service, Logan was so knowledgeable and helpful. Do they know thier cars? So well! I got a great deal, paying lower payments on my newer car than my previous one at excellent interest rate. I cant imagine buying a car anywhere else in Alaska! It feels like family! Clear up to their GM, David!

Purchased a used vehicle. Right now with covid used vehicles are up in price and we did over pay. Living 3 hours away we need a reliable vehicle. After getting home and changing the oil found 1 major components broken that if had issues while driving home would have caused a serious accident. We all understand business but talking with the General Manager who had no remorse and had no experience with mechanics of a vehicle, unwilling to try to do anything is very disappointing if not just wrong and bad business. We Had the services department look it over and refused to use the warranty for repairs and stated that we, after 1 week, made these issues. With photo evidence any experienced master mechanic its clear to see that this was not done in 1 week. General Manager David Billman, after evidence and proof declined to hold the warranty in place. It seemed he had a personal vendetta against us instead of being a General Manager. Disappointing and unsafe place to go.

The best car buying experience EVER! We live in Fairbanks, so I called the dealership and was connected with Logan. He was always available to answer questions through text or phone. We decided to fly to Anchorage to test drive the vehicle and Logan offered to pick us up at the airport. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle and the entire process was less than 2 hrs. We had to fly back the same night and Logan was nice enough to drive us back to the airport (were getting our beamer shipped home). I definitely recommend Logan and BMW of Anchorage!

Building is solid, especially after the remodel. Very clean and professional. Parking is a bit sparse/tight if there are already more than a few consumers there.Staff were friendly and overall knowledgeable on the vehicles. Some questions were left unknown but you can’t honestly expect a person to know everything about every car.At the end of the day they were very flexible with my trade-in and requests to make me happy when I walked out with a new car. Now if they can just do something about the resale value on these beasts. 😂Photos are of the old showroom, will try to update on next visit. Grey car is actually the only I left with.

Service was amazing before I purchased my vehicle, but as soon as that was done, I was left hanging repeatedly with issues, and was never actually told how I was supposed to make my payments, until after the agreed-upon payment dates, and I had to call in to ask. Fun fact for all of you, you will need to go to minilounge.com in order to set up payments, but they won’t tell you that. I had to go out of my way after the fact for that information. Otherwise, the car is amazing, and I am very happy with the product itself.

Great buying and service experience! Mark Valdez in sales called me when a used vehicle I was looking for came in and did the test drive before they even had a chance to clean it. Then Mark and the sales team made accommodations for my schedule and stood behind their product after the sale as well. I loved how easy it was to purchase a car from Logan and the sales process was easy peasy with him. However I purchase an extended warranty and when my car is worked on at BMW I get the worst Customer Service from Nico and the rest of the service department. I get told 5-7 days on my additional parts when I had an appointment scheduled that day and then when my car finally gets moved off the street no one contacts me and so I call and leave a voicemail and hear nothing back for an additional two more days after it’s been over a week now since the parts were ordered.

I bought a car for my daughters 18th D-bay. They agreed to store it until that date. The salesman, after the sale repeatedly called and asked when I would be getting it out of there. I told him a deal was a deal..I called to get the tire size so I could get snow tires on it for when she picked it up. Once again he starts with when are you getting it out of here? I told him again nothing had changed her birthday did not move…I got sick of him and not following through with the deal. I went and got it. The Manager said it could stay AFTER I told him what kind of review I was going to leave.Now I am the bad guy, my daughter has a car in the garage she can’t drive. .( a deal is a deal -it is for her B-day as long as she stays on honer roll . )If they would have keep it I would not have to deal with this !!

Forced to install a new OEM battery when the existing battery was at greater than 70% life to determine what was wrong with vehicle. Paid for new battery and it happened to be a BMW DEALER Installed tracking device what was not OEM BMW.2 Months later, purchased a brand new $80,000 vehicle and it had a damaged grill and tires were destroyed after BMW Anchorage left the vehicle out in Sub Zero weather when manufacturer clearly stated not to allow tires to be in Zero weather. Tires had to be replaced and BMW Anchorage damaged 2 of the 21 M Wheels and Brake Caliper in the process, then denied any wrong doing.The vehicle has less than 4,000 miles and no one has touched the wheels/car with exception of my hand washing and have ZERO curb damage. BMW Anchorage still suggesting they did nothing wrong.Once the sale occurs, they turn their back on you.BUYER BEWARE!!!Update: May 2020 since the damage to our vehicle and kicked us out the door and told us never to come back with our $80,000 purchase from them, we are now being stymied by BMW to get warranty work taken care of.Lithia’ key line is Lithia cares, let it be known that Lithia could give a rats what happens at the dealership.

I brought my older BMW in for a recall service. The experience was great. The staff were professional and genuinely friendly. My car was completed on time and received a wash and minor detail. They performed an inspection on the vehicle at no charge due to its age. They notified me of the mechanical condition of the vehicle and the issues it had. But I never received an uncomfortable sales pitch for a new car or mechanical services. They informed me without being intrusive.I really appreciated the service I received and have been thankful that my car has lasted so long. While I hope this car lasts a lot longer, I know the next car I get will be another BMW and from BMW of Anchorage.

Whatever you do, do not come here for service. FOR SURE do not buy the lifetime oil changes. Customer service is horrible. Dropped car for an oil change at 0730. Came back at 1530. Car hasn’t even been taken back. Won’t be done until 1700. No apologies. They just blame covid. Buy a Volvo. Buy a Mercedes. Run far far away from this place.

Great cars. Nice showroom. Interesting that after the snowfall stopped Saturday night, even at 3pm Sunday I waded through snow to get in the front door...and I parked by the front door! I guess all those sales guys are above 3 minutes of shoveling. Just an observation. I chose to not buy a car that day or even chat more than a couple minutes in my wet shoes.

The team at BMW of Anchorage is by far the most professional, friendly, and welcoming that I’ve experienced. Logan Carlos was my sales representative, and worked with me over the course of a few days to find the perfect car for me. He quickly figured out my taste in style and options (I can be picky), and showed me vehicles relevant to what I wanted, but also within my budget. Eventually we found something perfect for me. Logan and his finance staff are amazing! Every other dealership I went to, the staff were too aggressive and did not show me what I was asking for.

So we called in Monday they told us that the only available time to bring our car was Thursday at 10am to do an oil change. We took the car at 10am thinking that it would be 1hr to change but they tell us that it will take a the whole business day to change the oil. I looked at the guy and was asking him what was the point on scheduling an appointment for an oil change if youre going to tell us it will take a whole entire day. SmfhMy final thoughts:I noticed that the day when we went to purchase a car theyre very friendly and helpful and nice but after you purchase your car it changes even if you added features to your car to get serviced at that same location to make it easy. and for them not wanting to tell me the managers name is very sad how are you supposed to get constructive criticism on your customer service and the service that you provide your customers if your workers dont want to give us your name. very unprofessional not only the guy that helped me for the oil change but also the secretary who was working that day. Im very disappointed in the service. I do not recommend anyone to go to BMW in Anchorage Alaska very poor service all they care about is selling their cars and they dont care about their service after the fact that you purchase a vehicle from them its just not right. this dealership is not for the people its all about their money. All they care about is their money. They dont care about the locals that live here that that help make their business run.

***GO SEE BENSON!***My first experience at BMW of Anchorage was more of a constant pressure of leaving a good survey😂. I really didn’t think I’d ever get another BMW. Luckily, I was told about a new x7. After this new purchase, I’m going out of my way to write a review on google and yelp. Benson (sales associate), Mark (manager), and Jack (finance) were an amazing team to work with and they well deserve recognition. I loved their team mentality. Benson was constantly moving around checking up on the status and all of these 3 gentlemen made the closing process friendly and easy. Right when my family and I walked in, Benson was there to greet us and he knew I wasn’t there to really shop around. I’m more of a “I know what I want” type of guy. Mark approached my family and I with a very welcoming tone. We sat there for a few hours and my daughter was acting up (she’s 2), but the whole staff was understanding and interacted with her. This helped my wife and our newborn out while I was signing papers. Negotiations, had absolutely 0 trouble. Loved the value of my trade and loved the markdowns I was receiving. Then to end the deal, we met Jack. Benson took good care of me and even offered some good suggestions while I was in the finance department. Jack has great energy. He wasn’t there to waste my time and understood that if I didn’t want it, there was NO PRESSURE! Unlike my first experience. I listened to Jack’s recommendations and I’m so glad I did! My wife got a chip on her window less than 20 min of driving off the lot!!! Thanks Jack for the window protection, everyone needs that in Alaska! Highly recommended. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a BMW or any vehicle when these guys are present. Your experience will be memorable in a positive way. Not too pushy either. Ive thus far never had a better experience at any other dealership. They value your time and treat you like a human being. My first visit to this dealer I was completely ignored. I walked around the showroom looking for a salesperson. They all seemed busy surfing the web or talking to other coworkers. I contacted the Dealer when I was in the showroom and was told someone would call me right back. After 30 mins of wondering around I left. Four hour later I got a call from Curt Zakrzewski, he was nice on the phone and I setup an appointment for the next day. It took a half day, ending up having to leave for another commitment. Curt worked their best offer, he stated they could go no lower. But a quick search online I found they have the car listed for an ASKING price of $500 cheaper than what their best price to me was. This was excluding my trade-in as I was going to sell my car on my own. The Sales Manager was Mark. I thought the days of dealers like this was over.

Always a great experience at Anchorage BMW ! I live in the Yukon so its a long drive to get there for me (I do it once a year). The Service Department has always been awesome to deal with. They know Im travelling a long ways and always make sure that parts are pre-ordered, and parts are expedited if something comes up that wasnt expected. Couldnt ask for better service, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the next level of service from an automotive dealership.

I found this dealership Sunday when they posted an M3 for $35,500 (I have screen shots) I inquired about the car and received an email immediately after and a call. I was told I was first to inquire and first in line for the vehicle. I told them I wanted it and asked about a discount for shipping it. The salesman said a couple grand off shouldn’t be an issue. He told me he would get with his manager and work out a deal and get back to me ASAP. After several hours of waiting i knew something sketch was up and finally heard back. I was told the price is going up severely (bait and switch) and that they would not honor the listing price or even come close to it. He said I could have it because I’m first in line but I had to pay the higher price and act fast.I said: So let me understand this right, you’re telling me, I’m first in line for the car, you’re going to try and get money knocked off for me and now you’re upping the price by $7k. Then, I was ignored until hours later, (probably after they didn’t sell it by the end of day), when finally they said they would honor the price and that They would be calling me early Monday when another manager gets back in.Monday comes and I hear nothing, he took my info and credit app Sunday and I said I didn’t want my credit ran until i got transparent pricing for everything. Finally after several calls and texts asking what’s going on, I hear back from the salesmen and he said the manager was selling the car to someone else but they didn’t get approved but he could approve me but I need to add an extra $500 to flush the breaks, (you can see where this is becoming a scam). I told him I wanted to hear the final price after taxes, shipping and fees ect. And reminded him i was already told I would be sold the car for the listing price with routine maintenance already done at no additional cost.Then, I was ignored completely, got a notice my credit had been ran without my permission anyways. I never received so much as a courtesy call from them explaining why they ignored me and didn’t honor the price they agreed to. They lied to me and were incredibly unprofessional. They simply dodged me to gouge someone else for a higher price.I wrote the general manager with no response. Clearly this is where the ignoring tactic was birthed from. This company wants to sell all day but as soon as there is an issue, they’re the type to turn their back on you and ignore you until you go away or ready to buy another car. Run of the mill dealership at its finest.This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership. The sales person Matt kept talking about how honest he was, while telling me about the last customer he just kicked out. He was trash talking the other customer and cussing them out behind their backs and talking to me how they couldn’t afford a payment ect. Things that were none of my business and made me uncomfortable to even listen to. It was a bad sign, but I dealt with it because The price was right and it was an actual BMW dealership even though their sales tactics mimic that of scam artists.However, at this point my only objective is to let other people know how dirty their sales practices are and to take their business somewhere else. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this dealership is obviously ran by scam artists and snake oil sales people and they should be stopped. They never had permission to pull my credit until I heard the final offer and there was no verbal or written consent. I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB as well as every local news station in Anchorage and other media outlets as well. Very disappointed by their lack of honesty and professionalism.

Cool place to visit as they have some of the latest BMW s in Stock regularly. The manager there is very friendly and comes out to meet clients when they are shopping for a vehicle. The building itself is small but the lot is pretty sizable for its location in down town Anchorage. The sales staff are not pushy and are helpful. If you want a sweet new BMW check them out as they also offer used and new vehicles.

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and I felt that I was treated the same as someone who was purchasing a new vehicle. Jack Price was great at helping my husband and I buy a new car. Hes professional, friendly, super knowledgeable, helpful, calm, and most of all trustworthy. He didnt push for the sale but actually listened and worked hard to help me find exactly what I wanted over two days. We recently purchased a certified used car from Anchorage BMW and worked with Curt Zakrewski. I just wanted to say that Curt was the best salesman I have ever worked with! The car was purchased for our 17 year old daughter and she was a big part of the purchase. Curt spoke with her directly and let her learn the process from start to finish. He was so amazing and gracious with her and she really had a fantastic . experience with her first purchase. Curt even had her fill out a copy of the paperwork to show her each step of the process. Satisfied with the car I purchased - nothing wrong with it - sales experience was good and bad. No issues with the salesman, but the contract guy was very unpleasant when I decided to take the time to actually read the contract I was signing and misrepresented the warranty by saying it covered less than it actually did. Huang Le was awesome! He answered all my questions, joked around with me when it was appropriate and was very knowledgeable about the financing and introduced me to the process, step-by-step. I had not purchased a new car since the late 90s. I explained to him my purchase would last me more than ten years, because if I am putting money down is to purchase a car that will last me a long time and I would be happy in. I asked questions about his point-of-view and his responses were accurate, straight forward, timely, and demonstrated knowledge on mechanics. As an engineer, I wanted to ensure the car I purchased was not only a fuel micer, efficient, but also able to be high performer in Alaska. I am happy with my purchase and each day I see my car, I am confident it will be the car I will keep for the next ten years. Recently ordered a 2015 M4 from Jack Price, he made the process so easy and answered all my questions. He updated me often on where my car was at in the process, from being built to delivery date. The reason why I only give 3 stars because every time I try to reach out them, no matter for which department, no one pick up the phone. It always goes to voice message. I really not happy with this. I called several times this morning and I choose different departments and try to cancel my appointment, it is so difficult! I have to do online chat to cancel my appointment, but they can’t find my information. Anyways, it is been over 1 hour and I still not cancel my appointment yet! This happened several times before, no one pick up the phone! Other than that, I am satisfied with other service. I hope this issue could be fixed ASAP.

A cordial and professional experience with the staff at BMW of Anchorage. Our X5 was serviced quicker than expected which was fantastic. I arrived at the store on Saturday to retrieve the SUV, there was only one service writer in the office at this time with numerous customers waiting. If there was anything to recommend, it would be to have another service writer available for a busy day or at least in the busy hours of morning and late afternoon when most customers are dropping off cars or picking up, service and efficiency was still satisfactory if not above
