Very excellent, super fast on getting new glasses, only took 7 minutes for mine to get done. Recommend to get your glasses at Eyemart Express!

The employees were fine however, I could not present the originally prescription so I went to the military clinic and got a form that had the prescription with the date and electronic signature on it and the optometrist refused to accept the form. I feel as if this were to force me to buy an exam. I understand there are rules but I presented a medical document with my RX on it.

Tara, the manager, is super knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Her staff is great. The service is fast and highest quality. Dont let low prices fool you, they have a great frames and an excellent lens service.

This was the second time I went to eye mart, I love going to the one out on Abbot Rd in Anchorage, AK! Always friendly and fast.

Unfriendly, uncordial staff. When they see you come in, they never bother to say, someone will be with you shortly . Glasses were NOT as expected and could NOT be done same day. I was just given my glasses and she never bothered to see if they fit correctly, nor did she offer to make any adjustments. Truly disappointing. Never getting glasses there ever again.

My co-workers and I went to eye mart on a day off to get glasses. Our insurance is very limited and eye mart is so reasonably priced it is less expensive than using our co-pays. Their service was professional and quick. Same day turn around is awesome and the Anchorage store enforced social distancing and sanitized everything. Top notch! Highly recommend. Excellent customer service, great selection of products. The representative did a fantastic job at assist my young son in selecting frames while observing excellent COVID mitigation practices. He was able to explain the benefits of our insurance to my wife and I and made the whole experience very pleasant.

Fast service and courteous. Took 18 min to make my new glasses. Only thing is that they offered a 60% off cyber Monday deal online, but yet you cant order online. Why advertise something you cant honor. Sad. Would recommend if needing new glasses fast.

They are the best! A few years back I looked all around anchorage, kenai, soldotna, and I found 2 pairs there. Recently after sitting on one I came back and they fixed them no problem. They are about in the midrange price for glasses. It took half an hr for the lenses and they gave me a nice case with a cloth too.

Great visit! Went early to look at frames and get some insurance info. Atthena was knowledgeable friendly and was able to assist with all my questions. My exam went well and any questions or concerns were answered to my satisfaction. I walked out with trial multi focal contact lenses. What a difference from single vision contacts!! Started getting glasses for my daughter here, decided to renew my prescription here. Got new glasses, nice variety, workers were actively cleaning glasses frames. Got my glasses in less than an hour. Wish they had the option to thin out my daughters lens like at Northern Lights Eyecare.

I walked in with my prescription from the lower 48, and was received so kindly. Tina showed me the ropes for choosing a frame under their covid mitigation safety plan, which made the public experience much more comfortable. I will definitely be using them for all of my eye care needs going forward!

They filled my glasses prescription wrong and because a year had lapsed wouldnt redo it for free. Because their location was far away from where I live and due to Covid restrictions I was unable to keep going back for adjustments, broken frame and inferior service in general.They finally decided to remake my glasses and mail them to me. It would have been easier and cheaper if they would have replaced the one lens initially. Oh well, I cant argue and complain about a new pair of glasses. Thank you for that.

We brought in my daughter’s eye prescription from another Dr, she picked out a new pair of glasses, they (frames and lenses) were made 11 minutes after she picked them out. She loves them! Eyemart Express Anchorage - accepts Meritain-Aetna, our out of pocket was just $47 for single vision, non reflective lenses. I highly recommend this place if you’re in a rush or just passing thru Anchorage, this is the place for glasses! Hands down.

I needed a pair of glasses made from a new prescription. On arrival I was greeted by a cheerful employee who escorted me to the sets of frames I had described I was looking for; I quickly picked out my frames, handed them over to the gentleman with my prescription, and in about an hour from start to finish, I had my new glasses and was on my way, AND the price was great! I give two thumbs-up for an overall positive experience. I absolutely recommend this place.

I went to eyemart twice in the past month. Once for my kids and a second time for myself. Both times they had really great customer service! Extremely helpful and patient as we are a very picky family 👪 very got a sense of our style and helped within minutes!

It was our first time there and my daughters 1st time needing glasses. We were greeted very friendly and help immediately. Both glasses were made within the hour. They fitted my daughter and even let her ring their my first glasses cow bell. She loved it! Definitely recommend them.

Went there with a working prescription and afterwards i have been back twice because the prescription gives me a massive headache. Im gonna have to pay another doctor more money and buy another set of glasses cause im done with the month and 1/2 of migraines

I’d recommended their services. Instead of waiting 2 weeks to get a pair of glasses I would have paid 130.00 for I went to eye mart and got a pair of nice timberlands for 110. I did spend an extra 50 for the scratch resistant lenses, but it was totally worth it. I went there a little later on in the day around 5:30 and had my glasses by 6! They sent me a text to let me know that they were ready and instead of waiting the expected hour for them I got them a lot sooner since it wasn’t very busy. I haven’t wore glasses in about ten years and it feels really good to finally have a pair that I can see out of.

I am pleased with manager who assisted and fitted my prescription sunglasses. I had been getting a spare progressive glasses and sunglasses every year. The manager always great customer service. One of her staff yesterday who first assisted me showing her attitude being as she can’t figured it out how to fitted my sunglasses. But when the manager took over, it took only a minute to fitted it comfortably. She always made me feel happy and satisfied!

By far the fastest I’ve ever gotten a pair of glasses. From the time I walked in to the time I received the glasses couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes total(for single vision glasses)! They are affordable and have great customer service. I will definitely be going back for my next pair. Not only for myself but my family as well.

Her suggestions for option and frames were very welcome. Allie (Allison H.) is a credit to Eyemart Express with her patience and customer service, particularly since I came in on 12/31 around 3 PM. I had a very unique situation needing glasses for a friend that is in Bethel. They were able to walk me through the process and get the glasses made for less than $20 a pair. All of that in less than 1 hour! Amazing service.

I took my daughter in to get a back up pair of glasses, the staff was friendly and did not pressure me at all to try and get a more expensive pair I got the two for $58 special and they had it done in under an hour. I live 40 miles out of town so they save me from having to make a trip the next day and drive 80 miles. I would recommend them to anybody as it is hard to beat fast,friendly and efficient. Been going here for a while now and always have a great experience! Went in on 2/3/2020 left and got a text 28 minutes after I left saying my glasses are ready! That was lightning fast but everytime Ive been it takes less than a hour to get them but love this place prices are great service is great what more can you ask for? Ill never get glasses anywhere else this is my home for eyewear!

I was afraid they wouldn’t have the brands I liked or the quality wouldn’t be good. But they sure had what I wanted at a good price and the quality is great. I got my two pair within 30 minutes. I love my new look and got a second pair for free. My prescription is very high so this is a big deal for me.The people in the office were helpful and very friendly. I was not forced to make a decision for my glasses. I got to come back the next day. They let me change out a pair I was not sure about before placing my lenses in. It only took an hour for both pairs to be ready.

This was the quickest I have ever gotten my glasses. The employees took very good care of me from when I walked in the door till I received my 2 pairs of glasses. They even fixed my old broken pair. Absolutely loved Eyemart Express! Had never been there before. Decided to use them at the last moment when the I found out my Rx was too strong for Costco lab. Eyemart Express has friendly staff (Molly worked with us) who treat you like a person, not a number. They did an excellent job on my glasses. Even though they are an out-of-network provider I will definitely use them again!

I lived in Juneau 35 years and moved to Anch 2 years ago. Be been wearing contacts or glasses 47 years. Even with insurance I’ve been paying $500 PLUS for my high prescription & bifocals. Imaging my happiness when I was able to get two pairs of glasses for $300! You guys are AMAZING!

Walked in without an appointment, was able to be seen in 20 minutes, and then in under 30 after that I had 2 new pair of glasses. For having no coverage of insurance, and having to pay it out of pocket, the prices for having all of the bells and whistles and new frames was amazing!Additionally they sent me texts saying that the glasses were ready, saving me time on my day off!

I previously purchased two pairs of glasses that I have loved for years. Today I was looking to buy a new pair and I was helped by the general manager. She was very friendly and went out of her way to choose styles she thought would look nice on me. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses for less than the price of one pair that was quoted from an eye doctors office. I will be back for any future pairs of glasses!

I discovered Eyemart Express last year when they showed up on my list of approved centers for my insurance, VSP. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no pushy up-sale tactics and the variety of available frames is quite good. Prices for frames range from $20 on up to (I think) $200 for designer frames.The lenses are plastic, not glass, which allowed the prescriptions to be filled while I was waiting. Or, they provide text alerts, and you can shop nearby and receive notification when your glasses are ready, often in 10 or 15 minutes. I say the word “often” because their warranty is amazing. I am rough on my glasses and would bring them in for repair and replacement. So you can factor the quick turnaround into the equation when deliberating between glass and plastic. I am happy with the plastic lenses that can be easily and quickly replaced within minutes.These guys perfectly serve the needs for those of us that need flexibility, value and service. Really, why doesn’t everyone use them?

The people where amazing, the lady I had to help me pick out my glasses was wonderful and understood That this was my first time having to get glasses. I have a small face. So it was harder to shop, but she helped me out and we where able to find a great pair.

Couldnt afford a single pair of glasses from other places...got TWO nice pairs at Eyemart and the customer service was excellent! Only downside is that there was QUITE a wait and they forgot me twice. Would still recommend above most others in the area. Very affordable!

We had another great visit. This was my daughters first eye appointment (I have been going here for years) and the doctor filling in for Dr. Marcum was Dr. Campaign. He along with the other office staff were fantastic with my young daughter. She picked out frames and her new glasses were ready in less than 15 mins. I would recommend to anyone.
