Absolutely love going to LensCrafters! Trevor took such great care of me and helped me get two pairs of glasses! He’s always so nice and goes above and beyond, even gave me options and helped me pick a new perfect pair. I always look forward to seeing their friendly faces.

Such a wonderful experience here! It’s a little more expensive than other places, but it’s impossible to pay enough for the kind of service you get from Heidi and the whole team at this location.I have gotten glasses here and gotten glasses for my son here. He’s a typical 15 year old, but the staff here was able to get him set up nicely, despite his lack of communication with the lady helping us.You will be taken care of here and not be disappointed!

On a whim we decided to get new glasses while in town. The LensCrafters team managed to fit both of us in for eye exams, and managed to get four pairs of glasses made and ready for pick up in just a couple hours. Great service and a pleasant place to shop for glasses.

The new optometrist Dr. Rennard was FANTASTIC!! He made the exam so comfortable and took time to actually explain my prescription. The whole experience was great. Hedi the woman who helped me pick out frames and order lenses was very friendly and a joy to work with. You can tell she goes the extra mile with her customers because everyone who walked in knew her!!Cant recommend midtown Lens Crafters enough. Best eye exam in town hands down!!

Everything was great, frrom beginning to end. Dr, Rennard is welcoming, professional, personable and explains things very clearly. I learned things about my vision no other optometrist or ophtalmologist had ever mentioned. And the staff that helps you pick out glasses was outstanding in every way. Love the photo idea so you can see how the glasses actually look on you.

The staff was very personable and laid back, but professional. David, the assistant manager, was bet relaxed and easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. Heidi, the manager, was also very helpful and friendly. The process they use for contact tracing and social distancing was efficient and easy to follow. Lens Crafters definitely knows what theyre doing.

Take your money elsewhere. Was not contacted when my disabled Mothers glasses came in. After leaving 3 voicemail (because you dont get to talk to anyone) didnt even get a courtesy return call. Took off work and went there to discover they had been sitting there for no one knows how long!

Your Doctor Rennard was amazing, he went into detail about changes and other things during my exam, that previous doctors had not gone over and it made me feel like he was a better doctor than all the others. Your sales associate David was amazing. I absolutely hate doing any kind of shopping, especially where fashion is concerned, yet David managed to make my experience pleasant and I walked away more satisfied than I would have if anyone else had helped me.

Everything went well even the eye exam and a variety of glasses

LensCrafters is pricey. But the service is excellent. They helped me pick frames that were cute and perfect for my face and old me why some frames that looked exactly alike to me were not alike and would not work. They discussed all my lens options thoroughly. My glasses were ready quickly. However as it turns out I was not ready for progressive lenses. They cheerfully took back my expensive, very cute and fancy progressive lenses and gave me a full refund.

Absolute wonderful staff! Nicole Berhow went above and beyond, despite my being late from a traffic accident. She was thorough, well versed and displayed excellent customer service. She got me in and out faster than any other eye exam Ive ever had. Debbie was great with helping me to order my glasses, understand my needs and was instrumental in ensuring that my insurance benefits were utilized appropriately. Thank you both! I wont go anywhere else!

The fact that the eye-wear protection plan I purchased does not cover stolen or lost eyeglasses is silly and frustrating (also not mentioned when buying it). My glasses were broken, Im just unable to retrieve the pieces. If I had been able to bring the pieces in, it would have been covered, but since I cant access them, theyre not covered?! Absurd. The fact that my eyeglasses (not fancy) cost over $900 to replace is ludicrous. $500 alone just to have the transitions feature? Clearly the prices being charged have no correlation to actual product cost. Also, it takes two weeks to get lenses/glasses remade because stores in my state dont stock transitions lenses. I should have shopped around.

Very pleased with my experience here! I believe it was Karla who helped me. I walked in, told her I needed some glasses, and she immediately started helping me find some frames. The first two she chose were awesome, and I ended up purchasing the second set, but she found me other to try to make sure I wasnt missing anything.After we selected the frames (which I love!), she quickly took care of the rest of the process. I was informed that my glasses would be ready within the hour and that they would text me when they were ready. Well, they finished my glasses in about 30 minutes, and I came back in and they are great.Overall, very pleased with this Lenscrafters. This was my second time going there, and I certainly will go again!

Scheduled an eye exam appointment ahead of time and told them the type of insurance I had and they never mentioned anything that they dont take that kind of insurance and even when I checked in they did not mention this again but upon check out I had to pay out of pocket $200 and the only thing they said was sorry. Very disappointed been going here for years but apparently this is a new doctor office in the mid town mall but no excuse for bad customer service and not telling people information ahead of time is important to keep customers coming back

I showed up about 30 minutes late for my appointment and still half-drunk from the night before. They were very nice and answered all of my questions, gave me a great price and contact fit is great! Good customer service. Will be back.

This optometry is a place to get your eyeexam, the service is fast and the staff is awesome in customer service. You will be happy when you leave with a brand new pair of glasses, not only that they have shown that they care and has helped my daughter and self with a pair glasses. Don’t go..,they charge you for premium service and don’t tell you. It’s like going to a restaurant and ordering a steak and after you eat it the waitress says “oh by the way we gave you the most expensive steak in the restaurant,and now where putting an extra $100 on the bill.”

Clearly a commissioned based store. Dont let them talk you into something you didnt ask for.The sales lady I had was a little impersonal. She made very little eye contact -- ikr its a eye store.Otherwise I got exactly what I wanted and there was very little resistance from the staff there. Dont pay the Xtra 79$ for the different lenses. I have a high astigmatism and the difference was only a tenth of a millimeter in lense size.

I went in for my yearly eye check-up and told the front desk receptionist that I wear contacts but for my appointment I want to get a new pair of glasses. I saw Dr. Wells and had a very informative exam. Everything was going just fine. The doctor brought me into the contact room and told me that someone would be with me shortly. (I didnt think this was out of the norm because this has been done in the past.) Fast forward to checking out, I was told that I had to pay for the contact fitting out of pocket. At this point I was stunned because I told the receptionist that I wanted glasses this time around and I would pay for contacts out of pocket at a later time, that I didnt come to the appointment for contacts. I let the front desk receptionist know who I spoke to and her response was that the lady I spoke to was new. Ultimately, I still had to pay for the contact fitting out of pocket even though I didnt make the appointment for a contact fitting. I will not be returning.

Aug 26, 2018, 1pm - A simple smile or well be right with you wouldve gone a long way. Store was near empty, only two staff members each assisting one customer, 100% ignored me, rude. Canceled eye apt with optometrist and went to LensCrafters on Dimond, much busier but staff was incredibly helpful, got new shades, yay.

Ridiculous, is all I can say. I am very disappointed that after my check up after explaining thoroughly that I am always active and will need a contacts prescription, but when the time comes to purchase contacts they didnt have my prescription on file I am now going on vacation without contacts and will never return here again. Noted that there is no follow up for a fitting for contacts make sure you have yours in hand. Too much much money for no help at all.

This review is not a reflection of the eye doctors just the actual business LENSCRAPTERS. Blatant insurance fraud, Zero prescription $176 Oakley sunglasses were billed out as $176+$270 for lenses, but my insurance would cover everything but $100. What planet does a pair of non prescription Oakley sunglasses cost $400+.My wifes $86 glasses somehow magically had $300 lenses attached. Just another company trying to abuse insurance.

Almost the same experience as previous rater (virginia) staff didnt smile once at me and just was not very pleasant. They couldnt pull up my insurance information and Beth had me call some number to try and find my benefits but the company had no idea who I was. So she told me I basically had no insurance and had to pay full price. Instead of explaining that to me in English. She kept using insurance lingo that I obviously wouldnt understand. I was really looking forward to getting 2 new pairs of glasses and contacts but instead left with nothing but frustration. When I told them I was leaving. Amanda and Beth were both happy about it. I called the other lenscrafters to get some more information and Shay and Skyler were super sweet and helpful. Shay went out of her way to help me. And guess what?! She was miraculously able to pull up my insurance information and schedule me an appointment for Monday. Dont waste your time here go to the Dimond location.

I was insulted at my eye exam and nearly walked out. I will NEVER use Lenscrafters again.
