I first purchased a home gym from them 5 or 6 years ago and was one of the best purchases Ive made. The Body Solid P2X has been great, I use it quite often and recently noticed the plastic sheathing over the main cable that goes to weight stack was cracked & breaking apart so I called up to get a replacement cable. Spoke with a gentleman named Elliot and after giving him the details he ordered my new cable. Elliot was extremely helpful and courteous. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Store is also very clean and great selection for all your home workout needs.

First of all, from entering the store, everything is so well organized and clean. The employees bring a comforting and positive atmosphere to the place. Elliot was able to help me answer any questions I had on the best equipment for my needs. Their quality control on reliable products is great too. Good prices for what you get. I ordered an elliptical July 3rd, 2020 and due to reasons out of their control, I have not received my order. I was able to get a refund and the associates I spoke with were extremely nice and helpful whenever I spoke with them.

Superior customer service and friendly staff

The customer service rep was friendly and informative. His sales approach was not pushy in any manner. They have warranties on their products and offer delivery and installation services. They also honor deals and promotions, ones that we weren’t even aware about! Overall pleasant experience.

Helpful and bought a quality product with delivery.

I bought my Bowflex Selectechs(90lbs) here and the gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and I’m very happy with the product. Although I returned 3 months later to buy more equipment and was extremely disappointed. The customer service rep was acting like I was a giant inconvenience for him, was unknowledgeable about the equipment he was selling and kinda rude. I was ready to buy when I walked in there....I asked him if the piece I was looking about had another configuration and he said no, even though the Bowflex branded picture above the bench clearly showed a different configuration that could most likely be ordered or was in the stockroom. So I walked out, and will not be returning to this store unless I have no other option. Exercise equipment is expensive, do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will at least act like they want your business.I was in the store at 2pm on 3/18/20.

I called and asked a question about the brands they carry and whether they are compatible with the Apple Watch the attendant knew nothing about it and was not helpful. Based on my call I would never even bother going to the brick and mortar store when I can order what I want online
