Amazing customer service!In a Christmas rush I accidentally purchased an adult only version of a normally family friendly game. With my in-laws visiting we opened the game and started to play. Needless to say I was mortified and embarrassed to have presented this to my inlaws and also extremely upset to have spent so much money on a completely unusable game.I went back to the store angry and expecting to have to battle it out to get my money back for an opened game. The clerk (didnt catch his name, but it was an older gentleman) was so kind and more than willing to remedy the situation. He did point out the Adult Games sign over the stand where I grabbed the game, but he didnt hesitate for a second to give me a full refund. He was so empathetic to my situation that I actually felt guilty for coming into the store in such a huff. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

The last few years this place saved me. Stalking stuffers & last minute gifts. The staff is always smiling & sweet. This is always my go to place.
