I purchased lots of supplements today, for myself, from this GNC. Also in the past! I am a Pro member and I really enjoyed talking with the store manager. He gave me his recommendations for what I was trying to accomplish! Very professional and I would buy from here again. He really seemed to know about the supplements he was selling! The staff member I talked with was very helpful, Dont know what the other reviewers are talking about... This store has a bit of everything you might need for your supplement regimen, and then some. The biggest drawback is the price, they run a bit higher than other places, but you do tend to get what you pay for. Could be the Alaska shipping tax also. Give them a try and see what your experiences are.

I wholeheartedly agree with the review that says the staff and or manager just need to be fired already. I have been to this location twice and been treated with a disrespectful attitude I didnt appreciate. The first time I went in I was told that the item I was looking for was in the back just not stocked. They did not offer to get it for me. The second time I came by to see if the item had been stocked, two different teenage kids were behind the counter and helping another customer. Apparently it takes two Associates to help one person and even when the first customer was helped, I was ignored. When I asked them about my item, they looked in in the back (for 10 seconds) and told me they were out. When I asked if they could call another store I got an eyeroll. No wonder no one wears name tags. Extremely dissatisfied, never coming here again!

I went GNC ro find something to bring back the energy of my youth. Im 63. The staff recommended products based on my goals. 2 months later, I lost belly and back fat, gained muscle in my arms and chest, and have more energy. Its expensive but I love the results.

15 minutes to closing and their doors are closed :(

I have a question for the managers at this location. Is it really necessary to ask your employees to be so aggressive in pushing special offers on the customers? I had to tell one employee no three times and another no five or six times, before they finally accepted that I was really and truly not interested. All I wanted was to quickly and easily purchase a couple supplements. Its not good business to annoy ones customers. It just makes internet sources seem like a better option.

Great products very clean and professional

Manager and staff need to be retrained or fired. Absolutely incompetent, unable to figure out how to handle a return without 24 hours to figure out how to do so, and then become accusatory and hostile during the process. An absolute joke.

This location does not like to answer the phone. Horrible service . Was hung up on.Possibly the employee is not trained for the job.Pick up the phone and say (1 second please) (can you hold please)Will never buy from this gnc.
