Very pleasant experience. i felt my needs and opinions were listened to. i never felt rushed. i felt this was an honest evaluation of my hearing and there was no foregone conclusion that i would need hearing aids. everyone was very professional but also personable. i would recommend this service to anyone.

Micah, my Hearing Aid Specialist, is terrific! She was very thorough in assessing my hearing deficits, and gave detailed information about hearing aid options. She is very patient, wanting to be sure she has answered all questions.
