I am late in doing this review since I have been traveling or busy with company since summer. I visited Cindy as an emergency since a part of my hearing aid was broken. She took the time to search her whole office for the correct part since it was not a usual brand for her. Her diligence, good humor, and expertise saved a vacation and probably a summer of travel for me. I cannot not recommend her highly enough.Thank you Cindy!
