Having shopped several Brown Jug stores around town, and having visited this particular store several times, I have to surmise that this is the one that wins on fast and friendly customer service. If this is because the boss is treating his people well, then keep up the good work! The store is small but the selection is nice. I can always find what I am looking for here, and I always leave with a smile on my face.
