If you need a mattress this is the best place ever! It was totally a pleasure to shop at this store and they have a great selection of excellent quality mattresses. Best mattress buying experience ever! Salesman/owner was knowledgeable, helpful, and very good at catering to our needs. He helped us find the right mattress for us without pushing expensive items. He was also very good at stepping away at appropriate times so my husband and I could discuss options privately with as much time as we needed, no rush. We found a great deal and had such a good shopping experience (which we were dreading from previous mattress buying experiences) that instead of going to the other stores to shop around as we originally planned - we purchased right then and were able to move on to our other to-do items of the day. Highly recommend shopping at Sleep Comfort by Nerlands.

Upon entering I was greeted by an older gentleman with a welcoming “ hello! How can I help you!” I had been searching for a Bed( Mattress) for a good year at that time and something about his approach was memorable in a “good” way.As the gentleman began going through the variety of beds, he was knowledgeable, professional and so kind. We spoke about him being from Washington, which we had in common and made me like him and this business even better. I had ran into nice- and friendly customer service other on my search ~ but he sealed the deal of where I wanted to spend my hard - earned money.I went back and called 2-3 times and along with this gentleman, I think his name was Roger, everyone was professional and helpful. Customer Service is huge for me and I was met with that from this family owned business with a great first meeting with him the minute I walked in the door.I finally decided to go buy my Mattress and as a long time Retired DoD employee and affiliated with the Armed service s~ to know this business supports the Military~ it sealed the deal!Very Satisfied Customer,Tina Jefferson

You could go online and order a mattress from some big box company from the lower 48 and get zero customer service or you could shop at a longtime Alaskan small business. The owner came outside cussed me out faultsly accuses me of going around his car I was just trying to get to an outlet to charge my phone. He was rude and assumed I was one of the local Homeless people vandalizing his property Ive never comited a crime against this business. He even threaded to beat me up do not go to this business not only a local hater but people like this should not be allowed to run a business. I will press harassment charges and file with better business burow.
