This place needs a serious update. The people are nice, and helpful. With a new competitor, and a tried and true store nearby, they will have to make changes to compete. I will continue to share my purchases with all three stores, but there is nothing that stands out here.

Normal napa store with professional workers.

Decent auto parts store. The guys behind the counter are old and ornery but they are knowledgeable and thats all that matters, so I wont take a star off for that. Instead, Im taking a star off because it took me some fifteen minutes to get helped last time I was there and only two minutes to get what I needed. Add in the fact that Amazon has better parts at a better price and Im taking off another star.

Big Guy Chuck even came out from behind the counter and helped me personally handle issues! Sometimes it is the little things that count! I will be sure to go there from now on, tell everyone how great they were and make sure to post it where I can! Great little store, nicely layed out, clean, on a good front street with easy parking!Thanks Guys! :)

They have knowledge and extensive stock of parts. Always busy on the phone, you are a ghost. Come back in a month or two pls

When they know what you need they dont always help. They will just go in the back. I waited to order a part for 30 minutes then they said that the warehouse closed 5 minutes ago so I had to wait 3 days. .I prefer Auto Zone

The belt on my air conditioner broke while I was driving had to get a new one
