Huge shout out to the store manger here! Went to AutoZone thinking I had a dead battery. She had it removed, recharged and tested saving me $170 bucks. I will absolutely be bringing my business back here, thank you for your help and patience!

The best person... the Manager Betty is the best * on mounds road ❤that lady knows her stuff and i appreciate her patients politeness and how she get things done and done RIGHT! They really needed that in that store.

Best customer service. The crew over there at mounds road are the best. They have helped me every time I go in there. They are quick. Getting you what you want. Prices are very competitive, with best inventory and variety.

My engine light came on as I was traveling down an interstate a couple hours away from home. Looked for a AutoZone store and they came out to the car popped it on their little machine told me what was going on and let me know I was okay to drive it for a while. And I was on my way! Very very helpful

Great experience even though I didnt accomplish my goal for going. Im helping friend by working on his car. I found a rear suspension bushings bad. I need a loaner tool to press the new bushing in. They didnt have it. Nobody in town had one. Steven at Autozone offered to help me at his other job in a shop. What a stand up, care for your customer thing to do.....FIVE STARS!!!!!

Had exactly what I needed... even when I didnt have the right name for the tool.

The guy told me Id have to take my tire off to change the bulb in my headlight, turned out I didnt have to do that at all!!

I been dealing with auto zone for a number of years. They are hands down better than them other parts dealers.

Getting really tired of the mounds rd location. You have at least 3 to 4 employees working but only one helping customers who are there to make a purchase? One employee doing a delivery order so they r with a customer, one guy at the counter with a customer, one in the back not sure what they was doing, and another employee in the parking lot talking to a woman and smoking a cigarette in his uniform. I will continue to keep taking my business to your competitors where I can receive help with no issues.

Got my parts that I needed for my vehicle at a good price

Needed a battery for my suv. What an amazing staff they where laughing and loving there jobs. Asked could they install which they had no problem even with it raining there manager was amazing sorry forgot his name but he understands customer service. If you need something for your car i highly recommend this store

The staff was not very helpful

I ordered a part and it was supposed to be there around 6 it didnt show up. i called the next day and they had already recieved their order from the hub. What a suprise my part didnt make it. i had a family member come from another state to go to the hub and pick my part up. never again will i come back to autozone. i will get my automotive needs from orileys they never disappoint.

Some I called ahead of time told them my vehicle and told them that I was going through chemotherapy and then I needed assistance with getting my headlight put in which they I have done before when I got there it was right before dark and I made it clear that if they couldnt do it just let me know that way I didnt have to drive back home with one headlight but of course when I got there they acted like they never seen a Chevy HHR in their life simply pathetic lazy workers

You can get very good prices from here if you find something on sale. But when it comes to automotive things that need to be fixed. Its usually a little more expensive than one would think

Absolutely the worst Auto Zone experience ever. The store was packed with customers and they were understaffed. Nobody was even working the front checkout. I stood in line for 20 minutes before I left my items and walked out. Drove to OReilly where I was in and out in less than a minute.

Melissa was very nice and helpful. She made my visit easy. Ill always ask for her when I need anything from there. She deserves a raise.

I was just there less than 20 mins ago and Mr. Chris working around this time provided poor service. If someone comes into your store asking for assistance but you stand there looking dumb founded & not give no suggestions or offers is poor customer service. All I needed was windshield wipers since the weather is different than Florida. After being on the road 17 hours I was not expecting that type of service.

Great, they found my problem.

Most of the staff is friendly (you can get an oddball meanie anywhere) and some of them are knowledgeable (retail part stores are notorious for ignorant staff) and helpful. Corporate keeps raising prices on many of the low-quality parts they sell (this is true of all retail part stores) but the warranty here is unbeatable.

Their loan a tool program is awesome. Needed spring compressor to replace struts. No poblem. They sent me home with what I needed.

Decent parts store have never had a issue yet...as with most other auto parts stores they do price match.
