I asked them to check the tires and they said none of them have any issues. They put air in the tires, which turned off the sensor, but it came right back on this morning. Ugh.On top of that, they insist that my car has to take synthetic oil, which it doesnt. Its not even high-mileage. They just wanted to charge an extra $20.00. Then they said they didnt have the filter for my car. I couldnt even get the stupidly-priced oil change done!DO NOT GO HERE!
Quick service reasonable prices
Even though the auto center is temporarily closed, I was able to buy my tire here without a hassle. Walmart Anderson Auto Center is the only place in town that has my tire in stock. Although it seems that the place is going through some renovations and, as a result, is a bit unorganized right now, the auto team was able to find my tire in no time. Marty and David have great customer service! Thank you guys for helping me today! 😃
The employees here are helpful and courteous.I feel like they are always willing to take that extra step when it comes to customer service.I can usually find what im looking for at a very good price. They are usually busy so be prepared to wait in line awhile
The oil change was fine the service was too but they didnt have it open on time and it took forever for someone to unlock the door.
For a Saturday, there was no other customers, litterally had my oil change in less than 20 minutes. And as always, the pit crew for 20 bucks is an awesome deal.
Nice man helped me find what I needed. 👍
Great price on tires. Quick install.
Ok place 🤑
I called for pricing before I took my father-in-laws vehicle to Walmart Auto for a new tire. When I went in to register I told them exactly what tire I wanted. They were exceptionally nice. They called me over the intercom when it was ready. The price was much hire than what they told me and I didnt really pay attention until after they ran my card through. The tire technician did not pay attention to the order slip that said exactly what tire I wanted. They did refund me the price difference.
I ordered new tires from Walmart online. They came in 4 days before they were promised. I went to the Anderson store to have them installed and buy the road hazard. I went on a Monday at 9:30 and there were 2 people in front of me. It took a total of about 1 hour to have them installed (which is very reasonable). This was my first time at the Anderson Walmart auto. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I found my experience to be entirely different than the previous 5 reviewers. I guess we all tend to want to sound off when we are angry (myself included). Lets try to say nice things when we are satisfied
I cant stand Walmart for what it is today, when Sam owned it you got taken care of the proper USA way& done right the right way! You take a tire in to get fixed only to be told it cant be fixed but go out to the shelf and buy the tire fix repair kit for $10 and if you know one someone can do it then let them fix it for you. I only shop Walmart when I need to and thats very sad to say everything else is closing up around town so you have no choice other than Walmart
Took my own tire in, just the tire, after a mess with these people just a couple nights ago. Why go back? Bought the roadside hazard. Why not drive my car? Spare is now completely flat cause they wouldnt put new tires on when I was there. Guess me and my 2 kids came in too late for their liking. They never paged me or called. We wandered around the store for 2 hours before we found out they were closed. Now a 10 minute job, that was a 2 hour wait, has turned into 3 1/2 hours and Im still waiting. Tried to call several times, but no one answers the phone. Get it together folks.
If only I could give them a zero...they damaged my car and im suing their behinds...stay away from them please... They had my car for 3 hours for an oil change and battery. Walmart dont really change your oil check before you leave...they are a rip off
I went in and asked for 5 new tires to be installed a new battery and an oil change. It took about an hour and a half. I always check the work immediately after service and everything looks good. Very pleased with this visit.
Fast in and out. I had a oil change was out in 45 minutes.
I got a tire fixed. Glad to have it done.
They changed my car’s oil within an hour today. I really appreciate the quick service!
Ordered a new tire on Sunday, and was told it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. Monday morning I got a call that it sent to the wrong store initially, but it would definitely be in by Tuesday. It is Thursday afternoon, and I am still waiting for a call that the tire is in. I called several times the past two days, waiting for over two minutes of constant ringing, and no one ever picked up.
Poor service -- Dont waste your time.
I am currently going thru a major debacle with my 22 year old sons car. The Anderson, IN Walmart Auto Store changed the oil on his car on 8/7/17 and on 8/31/17 as he was driving a friend home the car suddenly lost a ton of oil. The car locked up and engine seized up and had to be towed back to the Honda Dealership in Anderson. After inspection they found that the Oil Plug had just fallen completely off the bottom of the car. We had to turn in proper paperwork with the Anderson Walmart store - initially they were super nice (at the store) and said that it is what it is - in my opinion (and most anyone else) - that is an apology by the manager. Fast Forward - CMI Inc, who handles the Insurance Claims for Walmart is somehow stating that this is NOT their responsibility to replace the engine nor was Walmart in error. I have sent TONS of concrete evidence to CMI and they flat out seem to not care about the client NOR who was at fault. They are only saying that they wont cover it due to the car being driven 2,000 miles. I also submitted statements from professional mechanics who confirm that if the Drain Plug Gasket is NOT replaced each and every oil change (per the owners manual) then the Oil Plug MOST DEFINITELY will vibrate itself out --- the miles driven is NOT relevant -- it could be 5, 500 or 5000 miles - but it WILL eventually fall out. We are now stuck with having to hire an attorney (more $) to file suit against Walmart. The only thing that SHOULD BE DONE is the RIGHT THING -- Walmart was the last one to touch the Oil Plug - didnt do the job correctly - and they just need to pay the $7k to get the engine replaced. My son has since lost his job as we dont have the luxury of having another vehicle to use. NO IDEA WHY OR HOW THIS CLAIM ISNT BEING PAID BY WALMART (CMI). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ORDEAL AND ILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO WALMART FOR AN OIL CHANGE OR ANYTHING RELATED TO OUR VEHICLES. Just take responsibility for the bad workmanship done and move on. BE VERY VERY CAUTIOUS IF GOING THERE FOR ANY AUTOMOBILE WORK --- OR ID ADVISE TO JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
We got our oil changed here. It was affordable and fast enough.
Fast quick service
Took my car in for an oil change. Got in my car after they were done and there was oil on my steering wheel and on my dash. Was not happy!
Last time was today. Was told to come back at 7pm (on a Sunday). They closed the center at 6pm.Time before this, they charged me for tire balance, arguing me to pay for it.
Will not even answer the phone
These guys in this So Called Tire Center couldnt even change two valve stems in two trailer tires of mine. I waited 1hr and half for them to tell me sorry we couldnt get the one sealed so we didnt want to mess with the other one..
A negative 30 stars
Poor customer service waiting in line over an hour just to be helped. Team member spends more time talking then working.
Fast and friendly
Went to get my oil changed and they said it would be an hour. Four hours later and I still dont have my car. Its funny how only one car was ahead of me this whole time.
Terrible service
