So this morning I showed up as a walk-in due to a new oil leak on my 19 Ranger. Plan is to leave it there for them to look at when they can. Michelle (Warranty Admin) was very forthright that many of their techs are out and prospects were slim. But since my truck is under warranty they would try hard to fit me in and see whats up. I really appreciate Michelles honesty and managing expectations. It makes for a good business relationship! COVID is still messing with all our lives and businesses. Patience and compassion are standing orders! Thanks Michelle!

I have a Ford F150 (2012) I bought about a year ago. Not from Anderson Ford, so when my check engine light as well as the wrench sign came on I was uncertain about who to take it to. We decided to go to Anderson Ford. The experience from the first visit until yesterday (approx. 2 weeks) was wonderful. Ron, and John S both acted as if my husband and I were longtime customers. They explained the problem with parts availability as well as a backup due to Covid related problems and asked if we would leave the truck and give them a little time to check it so we left the truck. I had a call first thing the next day advising that it was an issue that would require ordering the parts and might be a while. They further explained that the problem was under warranty (WOW) . Totally unexpected with the age of the vehicle. Anyway Steve contacted me yesterday to advise that the part had come in and my truck was ready for pickup. John S explained to my husband exactly what the problem had been, the lady in the office was more than friendly when I paid for the fluids that had to be replaced. Everything else was under warranty.. This is a long review but I dealt with more than one person and everyone of them was a totally professional. This situation was so pleasant I cannot say enough about all of the above people. I was expecting something like a root canal and it was more like winning the lottery. Hats off to the the Service department of Anderson Ford. Thank you very much.
