I couldnt believe they were charging for a plastic bag. Ive notice ssome changes with product and its a little anoying when you have to buy more than you need.

Always friendly and quite knowledgeable staff. Its been a decade since Ive touched my hair with any dyes or bleach, but Ive left there feeling confident and prepared and ready to have some awesome blue hair! Only con is that I wish I more money to spend! :)
