I went to Tessa McManigle for help furnishing my new house and she helped me find furniture that was even better than what I was originally looking at. Sales people usually annoy me because they can be pushy and are only interested in getting their commission but that was not the case with Tessa. Our Father left at Richard Campbell veterans nursing home for three and a half years. During his final days on this Earth we stay by his side. They only had one broken recliner for us to use. After our father passed as a family we decided to donate 5 brand new recliners to Richard Campbell veterans nursing home for the use of the veterans and their families. We went to Hampton furniture to purchase these having had really good experiences with them in the past. They did not let us down. Joshua could not have been nicer or more helpful. They gave us an outstanding deal with no haggling over the price. The recliners were delivered today at Richard Campbell veterans nursing home. Great selection in store. We arrived late on Friday evening close to the closing time. Joshua, the salesman was very courteous and professional. We never felt rushed or hurried even though it was close to closing. We picked out two sets of living room furniture we liked and Joshua explained in detail all the features of each. All the furniture we saw in the store was very nice and well made. The store was very clean and well organized. We did not decide that evening however after thinking about it over the weekend we called on Monday and asked Joshua to order the couch and loveseat we liked the most. He took care of everything over the phone for us except for the paperwork and we made arrangements for us to return to finish Great store. Joshua is a fantastic representative of the store and all it had to offer We will return again for future purchases

Hampton Furniture was suggested to us and boy oh boy what a GREAT suggestion!!!!Doug greeted us as we entered the store and it was obvious from the start that he had my Moms best interest at heart. I am a Senior Interior Designer and know a bit about furniture but Doug is the KING. He jumped through hoops for my mother, to make sure she was selecting the correct pieces. Hampton furniture is usually always the last place I go to. Buy its always the first too. You cant find anywhere that will beat theyre prices. And the delivery is super cheap and always on time. The sales people are very courteous and will work with you to find the best look and feel for whatever room youre shopping for. And if they dont have something in stock they will order it. Check with Hampton before you buy anywhere else.

To whom it may concern,I just wanted to say how disappointed I am in the salesmanship of your company. I went to buy a new chair for my house and have it delivered on my birthday this Saturday. First I was told that if I put down half on the chair like I wanted to I could pay for the rest through finance. Then, when I came into the store and had my card ran for the half that I was going to pay then I was told I could not finance. It seems to me that should have been done before my funds were ran and now I have to wait for that to come off. Then I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that the manager said that she was in a meeting, sitting no more than 20 ft away from where I was, and that she would speak to me in about 15 mins. It seems to me that the manager could be able to speak to me seeing as there was no one in the store and the meeting could continue after, but maybe that’s just me. I am also a manager at my job and no matter what I am doing my customers are always first. Now the chair is 509 dollars. I was putting down 259 dollars towards the chair and I couldn’t pay the rest off? So the manager is willing to let me walk out of the door over 250 dollars? That just seems weird to me, I don’t know? Maybe I will be back, but maybe not. I’m not sure. I really like the chair a lot. I just thought that someone should know that after I took my time and had money ran from my account to then be told I could not finance the rest, got my hopes up and now I have to keep looking. I’m so bummed by the lack of care and procedure of this whole transaction with your store. I’m just very dissatisfied with my visit.Mike ShulerSent from my iPhone
