This is a review of the bed, not the store,. We gave it 6 months REALLY wish we had a positive experience with this product as the decision to buy was 20 years in the making…..For 3 decades I’ve heard my wife brag about her parents bed so we saved for years to buy one. I don’t sleep well and looked forward to improving my sleep as the company claims. I’ve experienced no improvement. On the contrary, when I move in the night, the bed does it “smart” magic and adjusts by changing the sleep number without input from me. This only serves to wake me up more as I hear the bed working and feel the adjustment. By the same notion, my wife looked forward to “feeling” better in body, as the company claims, but after 6 months, no noticeable difference.The reduced snoring claim is also a no go for us.The remote is clunky and dated. At near $10,000, it should be state of the art. I suppose a positive is that the remote could be used as a weapon. The sales people are smart NOT to show customers the remote when selling because it would likely turn buyers off.My negative review is mostly related to the cost. If the bed. If it were priced similar to high end mattresses, my review would not be 1 star, but would not be 5 stars either. With an income of under $50k per year, for purchasing was a foolish investment.We may be unique as most reviews are positive for this company, and I do not like leaving negative reviews. In this case, if my review helps someone avoid wasting hard earned money, expecting an improvement in sleep, (and other claims) be cautious.So, better sleep, feeling better in body and reduced snoring, are the reasons we bought, none of which have improved.We are $10k poorer with no benefit gained. We miss our old bed.Cheers

We have the i8 bed half split and base. We have 2 pillows one is the crescent shape for side sleep and one thats for back/stomach sleep. Our bed had feet warmers and an app and remote to control it. We also purchased 3 set of sheets, bed protector, pillow protectors, and comforter. Total- $9k. Worth it? 100%. We go to the Anderson sc location. The folks there are knowledgeable and caring. They make sure everything is understood before you pay and they encourage you to try everything out. The store is clean and orderly. The crew that delivers and set up our bed were friendly, respectful, and quick. They make sure you know how to use your bed with the app and remote. All in all...this is a great purchase. Def encourage people to go to a location and experience before investing to see if its a good fit.

Sleepnumber has a great value prop and the way they bring the experience to life with technology in the store is convincing. Matt at the Anderson location was knowledgeable and made the selection and purchase experience seamless. Highly recommend. Let’s hope I still feel this way in a few months 😀.

I recently visited my local Sleep Number store in Anderson, SC and found it to be fun and informative!It had been years since I visited a Sleep Number store.I did the whole tour. My guide was Ned Lovell, who is the store manager. The big question I had was answered in no time flat. My sleep number is 35! Good to know!The technology they have now is amazing. They call it Sleep IQ®. It rates your sleep, tells you your best sleeping hours, and can communicate with your fitness and sleep apps.Other advancements include feet warming (yes!) and a light under the bed for those late night trips to the bathroom.The sheets there can make a difference in staying at a comfortable temperature overnight.The pillows are amazing. I tried one that has a curve or cut-out at the neck. I have never tried a more comfortable pillow. My next one will definitely have this feature!The entire store is summed up by the message on their doors. If you want to improve the 1/3 of your life spent sleeping and impact your overall health and well-being, then visit your local Sleep Number soon.

Wish i had done allot more homework after still after 2 years, still a disappointing bed for the money still find ourselves using regular pillowtop mattress for good nights rest in guest room, does not meet the hype they advertise nothing to do with store employees just the functionality of the bed poor performance

Very soft mattresses

Best money weve ever spend I do believe! Cant wait to come home from even vacations just to sleep on our bed. Only regret is that we didnt get a king. Youve never slept well until youve slept on a sleep number, prove me wrong. ;)
