We hired Denis and his company to completely remodel our kitchen. The island was one of the largest he’d ever fabricated and it turned out wonderfully. We simply love the way we live in the remodeled kitchen. If we had to do it over again we wouldn’t change a thing! Call King Kitchens!

We had an excellent experience with King Kitchens. We went in on Saturday and talked with them about countertops. Dennis the owner came out and measured the same day. The installers came the following Thursday and installed in one day. Really impressed with the turn around. Any questions I asked the owner was quick to answer. I will go back to them if we need anything else.

From day 1 of contacting this company, Denis was ALWAYS extremely quick to reply to an email, text, or return my call. There is something to be said for that. I told him via email what I wanted, and he gave me a very reasonable quote within minutes. When I went into the showroom, he had everything available for me to see in person to pick out. I was originally told that it would take 2 days to complete the job, and it ended up taking a little over a week because of a couple of hiccups along the way. I had picked out a single bowl sink, but he called the morning they were to start and said that the sink company had delivered a double, and that was all they had in stock. I told him to go ahead and bring it so I could see. I ended up being fine with the double sink. However, after they installed it and left, I noticed two fairly big chips in the sink, so they had to order another one and replace it. The next sink wasnt the right shape and size to fit in the countertops that they had already cut and installed, so they had to order a third sink. There was also a minor mix up with the cabinet hardware that I picked out, but that was an easy fix. My husband wasnt completely satisfied with the way they mounted the sink under the tops, or the way they put the dishwasher back in, but we were able to purchase the brackets and clips we needed to make it more suitable for us. Even though there were a few delays, Denis made it right in the end, and I have the gorgeous kitchen that Ive always wanted.

Beware of King Kitchens!!! I dont think I have ever written a bad review but felt this should be shared! I had the same experience as several others. I was given a quote to install the countertops and had to put halfthe payment down. I was given an approximate time that they would install the countertops. After this the communication stopped. I had to repeatedly call and ask when they were going to start the job. Finally they installed the countertops. I had also paid them to put the plumbing in. After this the faucet at the base became loose and moved around. Again I had to repeatedly call and ask to have them come back and fix it. Dennis finally came out with his plumber and they said that the screws were stripped and Dennis said they just didnt make the faucets like they used to. I then reached out to George several times who was going to send his best plumber and that never happened and he eventually turned it back to Dennis. One more time I talked to Dennis. He was to come out the next week. He never came and I wasnt surprised and actually had given up on it. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business. It was absurd!

We went there to get a Marble table top for my wifes quilting work surface...we were overtaken by the selection ...may I say the owner was very helpful...the workmanship of the cabinets ...and all the natural stone work..may I say I wish they did our cabinets when we built ...we will be getting them to do our kitchen..excuse ..Debs Kitchen remodeled...gota check them out ..

We truly love our new counter tops but...The following day after they were installed, we noticed that we couldnt pull the lever up in the back of the faucet in the bathroom sinks that stop up the sink because the faucet was set to close to the back splash. When we called about it, we were told to just bend the lever a little, it wont hurt it. Your new back splash is wider than the old one. Really? They should have centered the faucet and we shouldnt have to bend anything to force it to fit.Second, they didnt leave the drain plug for the kitchen sink when they changed the sink out. We drove to the business (1 hour away) and was first given a stopper. We got to the car and noticed that it wouldnt fit. We went back in and told the guy it wouldnt fit. He said that it was the one that came with the sink and that it was the only one they carried. He made us feel that we were really interrupting his day. Thank goodness We had a picture on our phone of it. He said, well, let me look on the truck. Behold, he had one to fit our sink.Again, we love the counter tops but customer service has a lot to be desired. After youve paid for the service, dont expect any more nice guy.

On Friday he came in at 11:00 and unload the cabinets and left for lunch and came back at 2:00 and left for the day at 3:00 he did not even put all the cabinets and on Monday he did not start working on my kitchen until 2:00 I have not had a kitchen for 4 weeks and he does not call or update me when the cabinets came in or gave a day the he was going to start working

Dennis does good work very fast. I love our new counter tops. Hes very easy to get along with. Way cheaper than Lowes or home depot. Im very pleased we picked them to do our kitchen!

Multiple delays on the project. Had four counters being replaced and they cut or measured incorrectly three out of the four. Well.. I take that back, they incorrectly cut one slab, twice! Very disappointing.

I sell real estate so I am familiar with lots of reno vendors - Denis and his team helped with suggestions, they were competitive in pricing, and they were efficient! Other installers quoted WEEKS to complete the entire project, leaving my kitchen out of commission for 2-3 MONTHS. Denis had my kitchen up and running in 3 DAYS! There are always little nuances with these sort of projects, and Denis worked quickly and kindly to take care of things. I have always recommended King Kitchens to my clients, given the feedback over the years but given my personal experience, I will recommend them exclusively!

Love my new kitchen! The cabinets are beautiful and the granite counter tops are top quality (although I didnt have to pay a top price!) Dennis and his gang were great to deal with, very understanding and did a super job. If I was not happy with anything, they were right there to change it. You cant beat the quality you get for the price. I shopped around and got other bids so I know what I am talking about! Oh, and I almost forgot. . . he did such a great job on my kitchen, I had him do three bathroom countertops for me they are gorgeous!

Rep came out consulted and measured for job and never called us back. I made a trip to business and was told that rep would contact me with price quote, never did. If you feel that a job is too small for your time at least let folks know so they can move on to another business. Small jobs keep your business going also.

We had to give 50 percent deposit and after a month of having our money I had to call constantly to see when they would get the job done. They broke the sink piece of granite the first day. And brought another piece that didnt match up very well. Denis the owner was on site the second day. I told him I wasnt happy with the way it didnt match but basically he said this is what you get. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Getting my counters tops was fine but I completely agree with the other reviews that if you need anything after purchase they are the worst company ever. I accidently chipped my edge about the size of a dime. It took nearly 3 months or more to get Dennis here to do a repair. I had watched many videos on how repairs are done so I felt it could be done correctly or somewhat correctly. When I spoke to Dennis he told me that he would mix some granite dust with epoxy and fix the edge. Please note I was paying him to fix this . Well when he finally decided to put me on his schedule he used epoxy and black dye. It actually looks like he stuck a blob of black gum on my counter. Dent and a small hole are still there! He was in and out in 20 minutes, charged me $125 and cashed that check the same day. I called and complained. No reply back. I sent my salesman a picture of the attempted repair and no reply. If Dennis does NOT know how to do granite repairs then he should not be doing them. I asked for half my money back on repair but NO reply.. I only wanted half my money back so I can buy a repair kit and do it myself. I feel certain I can do a better job than Dennis!! I cannot ever recommend this company to anyone. I need a company that can at least stand behind what they do. I also agree with the review that states you seem to be putting them out if you ask for anything. Well they must have been talking about Dennis. He is unskilled and rude!!

Dont have the work done when you are not at home. Past reviews are correct in saying once you have paid, thats it,no more service. I was not told they would be sawing inside the house, no info on the care of the countertops, check their truck before they leave. they used my towels to clean up, which were on their truck along with all the new plumbing supplies I bought and hey didnt use.

Counters was unlevel. Called said was my fault so had pay service charge to fix it. So they finally get it right. 1 yr later sink leaking. Contacted original sales guy.. no response.. def wont go back.

Owner of company did not secure items .... they were flying off of the truck. He saw me slow down to keep my distance. As he pulled into Furman he flipped me the bird. I called the company and was cursed at aggressively and challenged to a fight. Very professional

The service was terribe! Believe the first reviews posted here. Not only did Dennis never respond to my calls, but when they installed the countertops they were never secured to the cabinets and could slide with minimal effort. And check your belongings before they leave that’s all I’ve gotta say.

Owner not ver personable...salesman never followed up with info.
