Linda did an excellent job! She is amazing! I dropped my phone 25 ft and destroyed my phone, it erased my phone and I lost everything! Linda spent the time and retrieved all my information that I thought was lost forever. I will always come back to this location and recommend Linda very highly!

Everyone at this location is real helpful and professional!1 last thing so your not surprised.A lot of us dont pay online for whatever reason. If you go to this location to pay a phone bill/service bill. They will charge you 1.00 dollar service fee to process your bill.

Very friendly & helpful

Excellent great help upgrading a very old iPhone to a newer model. Sales person was Crystal A. She handled us confidently, patiently, and while another active customer was also being address and a third was in the queue. Crystal was the only Sales Person in the store that day (2020-05-07). She knew what she was doing and she was attentive to all our situations. We are very happy thanks to Crystal.

My daughter had a minor problem with an android phone. I thought dad could solve everything. *oh well* I went into the store and was instantly met by Linda. She paid attention and solved the problem in settings in about 15 seconds. I felt like the store wanted to treat people right and wanted to be helpful. Its nice to find a place that makes you feel welcome! Its always appropriate to say thanks, and based on other reviews good service is the norm, and Linda has lots of thankful people.

Just purchased a new IPhone at this Anderson, IN store where we were treated Royally and professionally. We had first visited the Corporate Verizon store and went there to make the purchase but after being treated very rudely by a female employee we walked out. We highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new phone. You will be treated with kindness and they set up our phone and transferred our information from the old phone. The corporate office would not transfer or do anything except hand the the phone to the client and tell you that the phone walks you through it. Corporate store just lost a customer and the Verizon Authorized Retailer just gained one.

I cannot recommend this location enough. Please know that if you purchase a new phone from a corporate store, they will not help you set it up. If you purchase a new phone from a corporate store and then come here, it will cost money for them to set up your phone. All that to say, BUY YOUR PHONES FROM THIS LOCATION if you want someone to set it up for you. And trust me, YOU MOST LIKELY DO. I purchased a phone from a corporate store, had a hard time getting it set up, came here and they got it set up quickly and it was such a relief. They are so incredibly friendly and will be honest with you. Do yourself a favor and stick with this location.

My husband and I visited the Anderson, In store and purchased 2 new phones along with a tablet and ear buds. The sales rep. Crystal was very informative about the products. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I have purchased my last two phones AND ACCESSORIES here. Linda and staff were very helpful in listening to my needs and preferences...and very patient with my as I mulled the choices. The result: I found the PERFECT phone for me, thanks to them. I was impressed when I witnessed that they give back to the community. During my visits, I saw HUNDREDS of backpacks and school supplies that they gave to area kids for back-to-school. (They did it again this year!) And I havent even mentioned the fact that they happily helped with my screen protectors. UNlike at the big box store in town, I get a warm, friendly greeting when I enter. I will not buy Verizon products from ANYWHERE ELSE...Linda and staff, THANK YOU.

Be careful going to this place upgrade a new phone and they add extra items to my plans and stuff to increase there own money they make off me and didn’t even ask me about it. Had to go to the cooperate store and get it fix.

Horrible experience .. Ordered phone on line to deliver to their store. Went to pick it up and they told us 1:45 minute wait to pick up something we already paid for. It is an 1:20 minute drive each way for us to get there. So we wasted 3 hours that day plus fuel. The next day we repeatedly called to see how long the wait would be, with no answer on their phone.... Kind of ironic dont ya think? Called Verizon headquarters and they told us they dont answer their phones there, but they would call them and figure things out. Sure enough, they got a hold of them and we spent another 3 hours driving up there and back, but we were able to walk right in and pick up the phone.. Ridiculous..... So not customer friendly... We certainly regret this experience.

My husband, and I went there on my birthday. My present was going to be a note 8. We asked for insurance on a 1000$ phone (of course). It turns out the computer glitched, and only gave me an extended warranty. When my screen cracked, I called, and they said I wasnt covered. I talked to people from the insurance company, and people from Verizon. They both decided to point fingers. The lady who sold us the phone, wrote a note saying there should of been insurance on the phone in the first place. After months, and months of fighting they finally put insurance on my phone. I called, and made the claim. The guy I talked to said You didnt have insurance when this occurred, we cant do a thing for you. The people at Verizon were super nice, and understanding. They helped as much as they could. Esurion, though, is probably the worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with.
