My 12 yr old daughter loved this store. I remember it growing up & thought they were no longer around but little did I know there was 1 in the mall an hr from me. The ladies in there were so nice & helpful. Very friendly. We enjoyed our visit there & will definitely go back!

The store is always empty, hardly have any selection of anything to choose from. Sad state, looks like it was gutted and emptied out.

I drove from Columbia to Anderson for a specific Funko Pop. The gentleman who was a manager and the lady working with him today were awesome. A+ customer service. They went over and beyond.

The associates are always helpful and answer your questions and will happily help you get things you cant reach.It used to be the epitome of Goth culture, now it is more about pop culture, music, and even gaming. I still love shopping here.

Great place, organized, clean, very nice and cooperative workers. I get almost all of my clothes from Hot Topic due to its great quality of clothes and makeup but otherwise it is an cool place to just go and hangout at. I reccomend this Hot Topic to anyone who at least loves black as their main clothing color-me.

Cool clothing and merchandise but the sales went up since the covid stuff started. Now its even more expensive then Spencers!!!

Awesome selection as well as service.

Very unfriendly experience. Employee refused to do exchange or store credit. Had receipt for purchase only 2 days ago. Tags still intact, in bag. Claimed item was clearance, but clearance status not called out on receipt. Should have been warned when buying item thats clearance that cant be returned. Buyer beware.

Store has went kinda mainstream

It is a pretty good place for teens and up, who like animated shirts and unusual items. Sometimes a little pricey. But, they have pretty good deals sometimes.

They need more items for bigger people.

Good store.. however I DO NOT understand why they open at 11 instead of 10 like the rest of the stores in the mall.
