Went here for one thing and of course came out $700 later. Bought a hand held vacuum cleaner. Great little thing. Microwave,memory foam mattress etc... always a blast shopping at your friendly neighborhood Walmart :)

Everytime i go to Walmart is not a good experience. Their shelves are always empty. Personal shoppers carts block the isles constantly. Management does NOTHING to non handicapped vehicles parked in handicapped spots OR ones parked in the police spots! Or nothing for the people who have their PETS inside the store. A chihuahua on a shoulder is NOT a service dog! This is ALL walmarts!

Lots of products missing from shelves, but MOST of the staff are friendly and will check the back for you. I just wished they would open more checkout lanes....Im not being paid to ring up my own products and havent received the proper training to use the self checkouts

Had ordered some things online that didnt fit and had to return them the process was pretty easy and the lady that helped me was very accommodating

Placed order for 7-8 pm slot. Received message at 7pm that order was delayed. At 7:43 pm received message order ready. Arrived at 7:58 pm and they said they were closed and did not give me my order. Next day, picked up order. Got home and half order was missing. Went through App for refund. After 15 minutes, Sultan said he would refund me for missing items. Next day i reviewed refund and they missed refunding two items. One was coffee pods $14.92. Back on the App for 15 minutes to me told by Ganesh that he could not refund me for those and offered a $10 credit?

I needed some light weight towels and Walmart delivered! It did not take long at all to find what I needed. Store was well organized and clearly marked so I was in and out quickly. The employees are excellent! My cashier was really nice and efficient - he deserves a raise! The all do!

No long lines, cashier extremely friendly, no clothing on the floor. No loud screaming kids,is this Walmart it cant be. It were chilly, went to Walmart just to grab a warm jacket. I never were able to walk in and out of a Walmart I had to prepare 🙃 myself for long lines. I was very impressed, WOW lets do that again!!! Hey, double Hey, Hey for Walmart.

I had new tires installed on my vehicle by the automotive department. The price was fair, the service quick, and the employees friendly. Today was a good experience.

It was pretty clean, orderly. The price check on the app is broken and they removed all price checkers from the store, so good luck with that.

Can be absolute chaos at times but thats any Walmart. Big grocery store there too. Not much more to say but its your typical Walmart. Meijer right up the road and would rather go there to be honest.

Feels like they are always watching you. I dont steal n do not like to be treated like I am.

Very Busy! Waited to long to get My Easter shopping done. My own fault. Products were slim pickings. But we made due with what this Walmart had to offer!

Usually clean and the staff are nice. Wish they would have more lanes open or at least open the more than 20 check out Lanes.

Was able to get almost what I needed or an alternative to it. Just isnt stocked very well & only had two open checkouts that you could use cash. All these self checkout lanes empty because there card only, whats the deal with that?

Today was quick and ready for me. Staff was polite and things were bagged well.

I didnt have a problem. However they have the isle to packed with stuff in the center. I witness a person on a scooter that couldnt even go down the one with all the stuff they had in the center.

The manager was very awesome at nighttime. Somehow the debit card reader wouldnt read the card I was using and I had alot of groceries. She helped me and is super awesome. I forget her name.. she has great people skills and people like her make me Def want to keep coming back to this Wal-Mart.. thanks for the awesome service..

Pickup was such a long wait today. I drive for Uber and I arrived at 1558. I left them know I was there a little after 4. At 1705 I left still had not received the order I was there to pick up. The pick up area was full of people waiting for pickups. I have never seen it like this.

Great place most of the time but at this time the shelves are almost empty. I know the people there are staying busy. I believe its just a supply and demand thing. Staff is great, the store just needs a few more employees

Usually very frustrated when I go to Walmart however this is my favorite time of year as everything summer is clearanced out. It wasnt super busy and I always use self checkout so my wait time was very little

Pharmacy is always busy but friendly and helpful. Be prepared to wait, but no complaints.

It seems as though the shelves are finally starting to restock, and we were able to find most of what we went in for. There were however several things we had to dig through to find undamaged packages. It is almost impossible to find an employee out on the floor in the evenings to get help locating anything though. As usual they only had one checkout lane open along with the self checkout which was not a big deal tonight, but could have been worse if it had been busier.

Wish they would restock a little more. Their online inventory does not honestly reflect in store inventory. And I have found when I do curbside pick up I will be told they are out of items I wanted however if I go in store the items are on the shelves.

Lines always packed at checkout. Only one or two full service lanes open and self serve never takes cash. Experience at Walmart sucks everytime. I go to meijers now. Much better environment.

What can I say it is Walmart. They have no interest in customer service its always dingy and cluttered. I know everyone swears Walmart has the best prices but that is no longer true of many name brands and each Walmart prices based on location. Produce may be cheaper but it lacks the quality that competitors provide. I had not been into a Walmart in several years just popped in looking for an arm brace that they were out of.

I really only went there to fix a tire. However, while waiting I decided to see how many people I could find wearing flesh colored pants, and pick up a new grill brush. I know the suspense is killing you......the answer is 4.

Its either understandable or the staff just dont care. Theres hardly any checkout lines and they expect us to do their job for them free. Why have all those registersbamd only use 0-3 a day?

Wasnt much in the store like last year due things being sold online. Shelves not stocked properly and carts left full of merchandise to be re stocked. Very few employees willing to help locate items then when when we were pointed in the direction of said item it was in a locked case then we had to then locate another employee to unlock the case for the item and instead of ringing asking us to ring both of our items up at that register he only rang up the one item so we proceeded to the front of the store to another register to ring up the only one item we had left. This could have saved us alot of time if only we had more help in electronics not only with the finding of item but the retrieving and purchasing of both items.

Ordering online and picking it up is the way to go. Great experience the young man that brought my stuff out was awesome so very polite and helpful.

It would be a great shopping experience if they would stop rearranging the store. I understand they want to expose you to products but with the internet, come on. Leave things be !!!

Ordered grocery pickup, after 25 minutes did not have my order yet so I called back in and was told I didnt have an order. 25 minutes before that I had an order and was told it would be out soon. This was a week of groceries including dinner for that night. I waited for a manager, called back 10 minutes later still no manager to talk to me. I had received confirmation my order was fulfilled but I didnt have it. Went inside where I waited an hour to speak with a manager. Was told my order wasnt in the building and it would be about an hour before they had it ready. After I said that wasnt acceptable (it was now almost 6:30 and my dinner was in that order that still needed cooking). So I agreed to return at 9am the next day to get my order. I had to buy a new dinner for that night and went home. Came back the next day at 9am and nobody knew anything about the order. Turns out Kolten didnt have it picked or relay any info to the next shift so I had to wait another hour, did finally speak to a manager and was told I would get a $20 credit and a call from a manager. 2 weeks later I have yet to receive either. I called the corporate number after the ordeal and spoke to someone who provided a full refund for the order and at least apologized for all the issues, including a 17 hour pick up time plus the 2 hours of driving back and forth since I live 30 minutes away. I know now exactly how I rank as a customer of walmart. If I could give negative stars I would.

Even though the economy is high, Wal-Mart prices are still decent. The only thing i didnt care about was that its hard to find things in stock

They dont put up obvious signs when the lock all but one set of doors down. If you can place giant signs everywhere advertising, you could put up a Giant sign that says these doors are closed. If your like me and park further out in the lot, this will get old fast. The food, toiletries, and electronics I come here for are always out of stock. This place is clean, staff is generally well mannered, its convenient (sometimes), and checkout is generally quick.

Aggravating only one person work the electronics area which doesnt make sense one person to answer the phones, be a cashier, help customers find or get things 🙄 but 3 people for the cell phone standing in the isle..smh...only 2 or 3 real check out lanes but u see 20 different walmart associates jus WALKING around. I try not to come to walmart unless I really need to I really hate coming here seems like the alot of people getting paid to walk around and they keep taking away the cashiers smh

The place has everything I want EXCEPT traffic rules. Learn how to drive people...stay in your own lane.

Theres not a lot to choose from in many areas. There was one package of mens white socks in the entire store! Some shelves are empty. Then you have to use self checkout if you want to get out of there quickly. I think from now on I will shop elsewhere.

Couldnt get help at the service department again! But other than that the staff is helpful.

Lots of inventory in isles waiting to be stocked. staff goofing off playing games. lots of staff walking around on phones etc. Kind of disappointing

It wasnt the best walmart Id been in. Lots of stuff in the aisles so we couldnt get down them. Could have been timing we were there. Not as clean as most walmarts.

I was actually able to get in and out and didnt have to wait in a big line.

When you walk in the door the greeters are always really nice and smiley

This trip I only needed my basic and went straight to the location/aisle and it was there..... but on previous trips other items had moved to different aisles and I couldnt find it or an employee to help. I believe in change but this store relocates the grocery section too much.

Was in there last night. Had one lane and half the self checkouts open and lines all the way across the building. Staff was helpful, but they need to hire more cashiers.

It sucks they was only 3 cash registers open to check out groceries that is totally unacceptable. And we went through the whole store and they were plenty of staff You could have put at least 2 more at the front registers poor Management...

You have to wait in line forever even if I wanted to use self-checkout you still have to wait in line forever. I personally have no desire to use self checkout if I wanted to scan and start groceries Id apply for a job but its 77 I dont want to sack groceries Walmart stinks

I only go here because of convenience. Always busy, almost always out of something on my list. If truck is being done, half of the time the employees are directly in front of what I need, get an attitude and hesitate to step aside when theyre working on the opposite aisle I need. Been going here for 4 years, and none of the employees know where items are or claim theyre out of something with an irritated attitude if I ask for help after looking for far too long. Ive literally had employees walk away or ignore me when I need help. I have plenty of customer service experience and doing well during the interview, open schedule no background history. The moment I mention Im pregnant the male managers said-- Well call you😐 (took me almost 2 months to get that interview) Theyre often out of grocery bags. It took them years to fix the auto carts which sit out in the sun or rain and that so happens to be the only one out of the 3 available because until the last month or so the others were broken. Always moved around and not one sign saying they were out of order the sign on the cart saying ready.

I made an on line pick up order.I was not directed where to pick it up. When ordered are placed for pick up the confirmation should include, go to right SIDE of bldg.

Definitely not the best Walmart as far as inventory and customer service but it will do for the people who have to shop there I guess. I personally avoid the place like the plague.

Plenty inventory of some staples as prices on milk and eggs are inching upward. Shop wisely and vote with your choice of where to spend your hard earned money.

They only have a certain amount of electric chairs and at least 5 of them dont work. Its very frustrating going there and you cant get assistance locating one. Its bad enough they dont have enough cashiers

Don’t order delivery. I reserved a time slot and it got here 24 HOURS late and I paid for items I didn’t even get. Gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again and shame on me but it’s the same story. You’d be better off shopping yourself or using Shipt.

As you can see I have a few medications and up until just a couple months ago I have had all these medications filled through Walmart pharmacy in Anderson Indiana for the last 8 years. Over these years we have developed a relationship with almost all the staff and even still have ongoing relationships with the staff that have moved on to different careers. Now that weve moved we live close to a Walmart market and thats where I get my prescriptions filled. So far this Walmart is living up to the reputation built by the Anderson Walmart.

Self checkouts only had one cash machine. Inconvenient.

Found good food and clothes

Customer service were very helpful and courteous. My problem was quickly resolved with positive results.

Very very messy. Carts of merchandise at service desk. It looks like discarded junkAre they putting that back on the shelf? 18 carts! And the restrooms always have stalls out of order. Both womens restrooms handicap stalls are out of order. And at least 7 electric carts are down and have been for weeks.Many shelves are bare. It is sad.

I visit this store probably more often than I need to. I love walmart. Today I was on a mission to make Moscow Mules and they had everything I needed right down to the copper mugs and ginger beer!

Its Walmart. Can get busy at times, but I always find everything I need, and some. Also get my prescription here, and its quick.

It was my first time at this establishment, me and my siblings received lots of compliments on our outfits so that was rlly nice, the staff was helpful and they had a nice selection of stuff

Grocery pick up here is the worst. Wait times are consistently unacceptable. Ive waited over an hour for my order multiple times.

Always out of stock. Tired of seeing 60 employees in the building and not one lane open other than self check out. Another example of a corporation taking advantage of a hard working middle class person just trying to shop abit and go home to his family with minimal stress.

Pharmacy staff is most excellent.However, the staff that does the shopping for others are rude.And it is hard to find staff to direct you to things you are searching for, especially they have done a complete remodel in the last few months..

This was terribleOnly 2 cash registers going. Lines had 20-30 people in line. Left my cart on the isle and left. I didnt have 2 hours to wait in line. Glad I wasnt trying to buy ice cream.
