Dr. Reed is very thorough and the staff are very friendly. My husband and I have been going there for five years and they are the best.
Nice experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
My wife and I have been going to Electric City Eye Care for quite some time now and we plan to continue! Dr. Reed is very thorough and explains everything about the exam and his findings. He doesnt mind answering any of your questions and he develops a relationship with you rather than treating like a number. Crystal is very nice and does a really great job of explaining what is covered and not covered by your insurance, plus she is very helpful when it comes time to pick out frames! We highly recommend this establishment as you will not be disappointed!
Great place for my whole family. Dr. Reed and Amy were so friendly and my daughter and I love our new glasses. Thank you!
I have been having Dr Reed do my eye exams for quite some time. He is very thorough and friendly. Crystal, up front, is sooo nice and very helpful. She makes the whole experience smooth. By far the best optometrist office around.
My daughter and I have been getting our eye exams here for years. Very clean and professional. My daughter get all her glass here. Great selection.
Love this place! They were very helpful when I didnt know how my insurance worked. Best exam Ive ever had and couldnt be happier with my new glasses. Thanks!
Wonderful! The office is beautiful and Dr. Reed was very friendly. He explained everything during the exam and even showed me pictures of my eye. Crystal helped me pick out the perfect pair of raybans. Cant wait to get them!
Only giving them a one because I cant give them a negative! However, glasses are giving my son a headache. I took him to a different eye doctor and they come up with a completely different prescription! (Not far off of what he had, still wears and not giving him headaches. When I went to see what could be done... nothing. Blaming game on the Insurance company. When I ask about the $300 plus we paid out of pocket to the eye care facility - still nothing they can do. I would not recommend them to anyone. The girl at the desk doesnt care - just keeps blaming the Insurance companies policies. Cop Out! If you really cared about customer service you would try to work with us.**** As you can see by their response to my review... Just like I said blaming INSURANCE. I was NEVER told to call my insurance, I was simply given a copy of the warranty information by Amy. Her could care less attitude was what made me write the review in the first place. Mind you, I didnt put in the first time that this was the 2nd set of glasses as the first ones were wrong. She had no clue that the type of lens she was putting on my sons glasses would be so heavy. Of course we had to pay extra to get the lighter ones, which we did. His frames were an upgrade (additional $$) and looked ACTUALLY like his current ones. I had no idea that he wasnt wearing his new ones until just recently during a conversation with my son. Stating the the news ones hurt his eyes so he wore his old ones. This was ALL explain to Amy - who acted like she could care less.If you were so happy to help solve any issues she has a weird way of showing it. I asked what Electric City Eye Care could help us with... thats when Amy kept referring to the insurance and gave me a copy of the warranty. Again NEVER said I should call them to see if they would help. I didnt pay the Insurance company the $283. dollars. I even suggested giving the glasses back to them, and just refund me what I paid them. They still would have made money off the insurance company... again I was referenced that it was because of the insurance company. Dr. Reed is a great eye doctor. His receptionist/Licensed Optician is the reason I will not return.
Dr. Reed did a thorough exam and the girls were wonderful.
Service is good but the selection of frames is very limited. The frames all look alike or very similar with the only difference being the brand.
