I put in an online order with Fasteners. They told me they received my order and then notified me that a tracking number was originated. I never received my order. I had to notify e-bay about this, finally Fasteners sent me my money back, I told them that I still wanted my order. Why would a company lie about a shipment. I will never buy anything from Fasteners.

Bend is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, lots of construction and woodcraft going on around here.

I bought a M12 fuel impact that was $30 cheaper then Home Depot also the batteries that I bought from here was a third of the cost of Home Depot very very satisfied good prices and its always good to support local instead of big box stores

Staff at this location is extremely rude and unhelpful. You dont talk down to your customers and treat them like dirt. However the Red bluff and Redding stores are very helpful and polite.
