Easy location, very upbeat, helpful employees, well organized store!

Great store with helpful staff. I had been to 3 stores looking for a specific type of lock and only found it at White Jones. Still has that friendly hometown feel.

They had everything needed in stocks! Nice staff

This store never has anything I need. The employees always recommend I go to another one of the stores for the item. What is the point of having 3 stores in Anderson if only one of them has good inventory. What a waste of time!

I purchased a new grill online and had it delivered to this store for pickup. When I entered the store and told the cashier named Linda that I was there to pick up a online order. She acted like I was a major inconvenience to her and she didnt say one word to me. She called someone over the intercom and then gestured for me to stand over there and wait. She never said one word to me and had a very ugly look on her face the whole time. The guys at the loading dock were nice and helped me load the very heavy grill in to my car. Not sure if I will be back or not based off this experience.

The workers worth a cramp.instead of helping you find what you need.told the isle it was supposed to be on.then find for yourself.there was around 6 working with thumb up there back door.

Love hate with this store. Love that they help the elderly but SLOW dealing with them.

No carts for the handicap

Sent my friend to get a stud finder and level. He asked for help locating and was snickered at by the employee and told that “we have hammers, Why would you need a stud finder? So he asked the guy if he was gonna help him or not. Every time I’ve been there I’ve gotten some sort of attitude from the grumpy mouth breathers that work there. Last trip ever

I came here looking for 2 items, but they only had 1. That 1 item didnt have a barcode so I had to go get an item code and wait in line again. Not a very pleasing visit.

Outstanding! I had 2 odd requests for items that nobody else had. The store employee took me straight to both items. This is the place to go when nobody else has it. Very helpful and courteous employees.

I visited White Jones Thursday afternoon and asked the older lady cashier how much was the bags of Garden Soil displayed outside of store...she said the prices are listed OVER THERE !!! OVER WHERE??? So when i asked her a second time of where the price list was she agitatedly pointed to a sign that was so none descriptive and obscure. Her attitude was raw. I didnt get her name....and I will not shop at the Clemson Blvd location again.

Great little hardware place as the commercial says. Prices are comparable with the big stores. Helpful employees and easy and fast check out. You can also get hunting and fishing licenses.

I you need home repair tools this is the place to go.

This place is usually stocked well but I could not find the first fishing bait or supplies!

Had what I needed, I needed some help finding something and they brought me right to it. Was in and out in five minutes with what I needed. Lowe’s didn’t have what I was looking for and their cUstomer service wasn’t as good as White Jones

I always feel like Im being watched like Im a shoplifter or something. The one at Watson Village is the worst for that. I know thats a bad part of town but not everyone has bad intentions. Its really annoying. Also, the prices are too high for what they sell

Staff is pretty unfriendly and not very interested in helping you with anything. They act like they would rather be anywhere than working at this store.

There is always a knowledgeable person to assist you right away and they have stuff the big guys dont.

Cashier was specific in where to find item I was looking for.....since I was in a rush, I asked her as soon as I walked through the door. I loved the fact that she had specific knowledge on where to find it! When I returned to pay for item, she was friendly and professional.

Ace is most definitely the place

Sold out of 6 gallon dry/wet vac that is on sale until 12/24 and couldnt tell me when or if they were getting any more in. Tried to buy two of them and pick them up when they came in, but said they dont do that. Why have a sale and not honor it???? Highly frustrated and guess Ill have to go elsewhere for now on.

You always get great service at Ace Hardware and this case its also called White Jones you have a shop on the other side of town that actually repairs small equipment, you may not have all the choices but you will get great service at a reasonable price and good advice.

Me and my husband when to NM street ACE at noon and There was like 8 employees talking each other; no one came to me or my Husband to ask us if we need help at all !!! All of them saw us walking between the hallways and still not customer service at all !! I guess going back to Home Depot or Lowes where they even if you dont need help they ask you anyways 🙄🙄

Shopping center that its in is horrible for parking and getting to and from the store. Sales person us completely clueless.

This store has what you need. Unfortunately I had a weird experience with the staff here. They were very unfriendly and one of them kept talking really loudly to another employee about personal things. I forgot to measure how much hose i had cut for myself and the lady at the front treated me like an idiot. I went back to measure and she sent another guy over to look over my shoulder. I really hate when I go in a store and they act like Im inconveniencing them. I was the only customer to help anyway. I was in there for half an hour and nobody asked if i needed help which was odd for an ace.
