1st time at the new store. I was very impressed with how well its laid out and how big it is. It was very clean and pretty well stocked even though they didnt have what I actually went for (a clip on fan) but its seasonal so theyve already changed over to fall/Christmas.

Theyve come a long way since the very first one I remember opening in Belton. Back then they only had close out items, items from what looked like over turned trucks, and random stuff youve never seen before..all at great prices and very interesting to just go look around. Now theyve got beautiful furniture, interior and outside decor according to the seasons, Theyve got pretty much any household item you need or want and tons of other great stuff too. Clean, friendly and really good prices. Quality stuff ! Great job yall. I love shopping at Big Lots !

I purchased a Broyhill power reclining love seat. It is leather and works so well.Megan was so helpful. The pickup next day was effortless.Thank you for a smooth purchased and pick up.

I had not been in a Big Lots in years until I went to this one the other day. I was pleasantly surprised to see how organized it was. They have a great variety of really nice things. They have a good selection furniture and home decor items.

This Big Lots is the cleanest Ive been to. I love Big Lots anyway, this is the best kept one yet! A lot of deals are going on and they have springtime stuff out, so get it while ya can!

Great customer service and very friendly staff, cashier was very professional and polite. Store was fully stocked and alot of great cheap deals. Affordable prices and quality is excellent! I really enjoy shopping here. Great location and was thankful they moved their store out of Lakeside shopping center. You dont have to worry about getting robbed or followed out to a dark parking lot.

Found out today Big Lots of Anderson Had moved to their new location. Love it ..Near Ross an Hobby Lobby.

So doing a long extensive test of a few couches. One is a Lane all seem built well. Mattresses are serta and there is a pillow top here. No one bugged me as i examined the furniture. When i walked towards a staff member i was greeted and offered help! Nice job!

Clean but getting expensive

Several items I was looking for were out of stock.

Prices on some furniture was confusing. Prices out for items not on floor display and couldnt get any help. Was told that only 2 girls were working the whole store. Very poor management scheduling or something bad wrong. Iffy about a return visit.

I like their holiday decor. A variety of items to choose from and we had a nice cashier. We were choosing Fall Decor. I will return for more holiday shopping.

Its Big Lots!!!! They have to have the most ingenious marketing team in the known universe. Where else can you find cheap stuff and pay twice as much? All the time believing youre getting an amazing deal due to signage, and layout of store.

It is a great place to shop, great prices and fast service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of their patio furniture and the fact that they carry Broyhill and Lane.

I purchased a sectional a few months back. There was an issue with one of my cushions. The store manger was SUPER helpful in getting the issue resolved. Ill always shop there!!

My daughter went inside to buy a futon which wasnt in stock. Two weeks past and no futon. They picked up the refund and went to Walmart and brought one.

Nice Open, Clean floor layout with hand sanitizer and safe distancing floor markers... The very nice woman at the register recognized us from long ago when the girls had their braces put on... She was extremely Nice and Personable with a Wonderful Smile 💯👍👌🙏

It is a decent store they have some of everything in there, I can find unique items in there as well.

Great service and interaction with the woman who handled my purchase of a mattress and box springs. She was very knowledgeable, fast, courteous, communicated very well.

Called to inquire on an item availability. Was put on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up in the department I needed to speak with. Asked to speak to the store manager and was put on hold once again with no one responding. Wouldnt recommend this store.

Big lots has great prices. Went here a few days ago and looked at a couch. The employee let us know that this weekend would be 20% off. So we went back today to buy our couch. To our surprise they dropped the price down $80, then we got the 20% off of it as well. We left spending over $100 less than what the price of the couch was. Everyone was kind and helpful. Going to a store that has good deals is awesome. But the staff can often times be a make or break for a store. This store has good employees.

I have always loved Big Lots and now that they have moved, its even better!

We wanted to buy a stand for our tv and we found one here that we like. They didn’t have but one in stock which was the one on display. We asked if we could just buy that one but they said no. They said they didn’t want to have to put together another one for the display. Their loss, they could have had a sale.

Couldnt find what I was looking for. No help from employees.

New location is amazing. Best shopping center in Anderson. Being located next to hobby lobby, old navy, shoe carnival and Bed bath and beyond is very convenient.

Not bad especially during this pandemic. Still have most of your basic needs and wants.

The employees here are not friendly. If you ask a question they act like they are very inconvenienced. We wanted to purchase a living room set and they were not interested in our money. Will find another place that wants our money.

Not only does Walmart have a secret shoppers I guess all the stores do nowadays but in my eyes its not too secret because they make their stuff so obvious but I hate the way people stereotype people I do not like being followed around like Im trying to steal something when Im there with my two children I think that they need to stop being so judgmental and obvious of course and my eyes are completely judgmental based on someones appearance

The staff was real nice and funny too! I enjoyed my shopping experence, they had many Christmas items, They were so beautiful, some were on sale 50 percent off, I want to go back after Christmas and get some items for next year. I found everything I was looking for as well as other items. My shopping experience was very pleasant, the store was not too full doing lunch time. I think I like to shop there more than Ross a couple of doors down. Try them, They have many housewares!

This area is straight up sketchy and this store mirrors the same sort of environment. The prices in here are high overall considering the nature of what is being sold and the demographic to which the goods and products are being marketed. The employees are just shy of special needs and have no real desire to efficiently and expeditiously handle customer needs. I will not be returning to this store location.

This was the first time that I have been to this Big Lots! I really like this store and bought a couple of things while I was there!

Store layout is way better than the old location much nicer looking and cleaner also. Very good experience will visit again👍👍

Love the new Anderson store. Everything is neat and clean and well-stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly, and to me, seem to enjoy working more at this beautiful new store. We have visited this store more since it has opened than we visited the old store in the past five years. Its a pleasure to go to this store.

Cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. Nice variety, just when you carry such a variety, cant carry all things. Wanted zip ties. Good for what it is

In love with the new location of the store. I love how they have alot more of items and how easy it is to find... The employees was real nice and welcomed me when I came though the door.
