Food is always great. Today was the first time the delivery time wasnt up to the normal time for them. Regardless it appeared that they only had 1 worker delivering food. It was Mya and she did an excellent job.

Nice fast food restaurant, just like every Sonic. Endless amount of drink options. Good tasting food and even better tasting dessert. Cinnasnacks are a must get.

So this is apparently what no lettuce, no onions looks like. Just a pile of lettuce and massive chunk of onions. This has been a recurring issue for me; I honestly remain to be convinced that they even read removals. They are going to kill someone this way.

This is hands down the worst sonic I have ever been to. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time I’ve had to wait longer than 30 mins for my food. I mean it never fails. The only good part is they bring out free coupons but I have to wait 30 mins everytime to even use them so it’s just became a constant circle lol.

Sat for five minutes in their drive thru behind 2 cars. THEN they started taking the car at the fronts order. 3 minutes after the second car pulled up they took his order. Then I pull up and am told it will be a five minute wait.

Just waited 40+ minutes for a single order of mozzarella sticks for my 4 year old boy. Order never came, asked them to cancel my order after being the ONLY car in the entire lot for about 10 minutes. Obviously whoever took our order didnt actually put the order in. My son is disappointed and confused as to why we sat there for so long waiting for cheese sticks that never came. Wont be returning

This experience compelled me to leave a comment. I ordered the large entree jumbo honey BBQ popcorn chicken & received the most pathetic (could pass as a small), luke warm, barely any sauce chicken. All topped off with forced politeness. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other restaurant nearby.

Wondering why 4 stars and not 5? Since when do they no longer serve gravy with their chicken strip dinners? Derby, KS sonic. OBSURD. Oh and they also dont honor the standard half price shakes after 8pm. 🙄😲

Theyre quick to get your order out to you and they make sure you have everything you need for your order.

Last several times I have been there and ordered a sneakers blast they give me vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of snickers on top. The lack of snickers is not acceptable, that is what makes it taste like heaven and I will not be back.

Update*** 01/15/2021Swung by tonight for dinner at work. Food and service were horrible. The carhop was extremely rude, the tater tots was hard as a rock, the chicken was burnt, and the cherry limeade was straight cherry. She became more irritated and huffy when someone pulled up into another stall. Over all it was a horrible experience and will not be going back during the evening shift. It should not matter what time you show up. Customer Service should be given satisfactorily.I have had no problems with the morning crew or day crew.Touch and go here. The associates are friendly enough though. Drinks are always great.

I thought trying a different location out of Wichita would be better..it was, but only slightly. They still dump everything inside the bag, NEVER give you enough napkins, and of course the car hops NEVER cary any extras either. But the quality is a joke I got the JUMBO chicken. Hilariously NOT. The chicken pieces were the size of a nickel! Definitely NOT jumbo. If you put two pieces together they MIGHT equal the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget. I have pictures.

We sat for over 5 min just to place our order and when the young lady answered she took our order and then just cut us off that we tried to make sure our order was correct and could not do so as we were ignored. One girl working the headset to take orders and the same girl delivering orders and I stead of stopping to help her the kid doing something with one of the order signs by the tables that you can not even use he just continued to do what he was doing. So I ask, where is the customer service and when is it that a sign is more important than your customer? I will not be back especially in a time when people choose carefully where to spend their money. If my money isnt important enough for you then I will take is elswhere

I had not been to Sonic in a while so thought we would get lunch, huge mistake. We ordered four meals, three burger meals and one grilled chicken. The burgers were nasty, the meat was a thin burned piece of meat. The chicken sandwich was not edible as it was rubbery. We ended up throwing it all away after one bite.I will only return to Sonic for drinks I still like the Route 44 limeade but will never order food from here again.

These people are very slow. I’ve been waiting on my drink for 20 minutes and still waiting. People need to get it together. There are only 5 other cars here.

We placed an order through the app and waited in the stall for 45 minutes watching the drive through being attended to. We asked to cancel the order through the stall and they said they would cancel it and refund our order but couldn’t find the receipt.No apologizes were given. No proof of refund was given. Terrible service.

I try this Sonic location every now and again hoping it will WOW me...but the food quality is never like promoted. If they advertise a healthy alternative to their all fried options...they should try to serve that. I did not get the Breakfast Burrito that I ordered today. It had no substance, looked nothing like image on menu board... hardly any egg, any sausage and it tasted like a tortilla with nacho cheese and it had some burnt scrapings from skillet too. I split it in half to show you for this review, for I knew I would be asked by Google too do so.I am sure not all Items served here are misrepresented and I know people love the food.

Super sonic breakfast burritos are really salty. Like the cook them in straight bacon grease or something. Always been a favorite of mine since you can get breakfast all day. Last month or so been a total disappointment 😕

I bring the dog by just about every day and grab a limeade, sometimes the app has an issue when you sign-in to a stall but they are always able to fix it.

My order was brought to me in a timely manner. I was at the Sonic in Andover and the girl that took my order was very nice. The young lady that delivered the order was sweet, cheerful and wished me a great day. Five stars for the staff at the Andover Sonic.

Generally very good. Just depends on who the server is and what mood theyre in. However, I refuse to tip 2 dollars on a route 44 drink during happy hour. Defeats the purpose of happy hour. Besides, Id be more than willing to meet them at their door when my order is ready.

Weve had mostly good experiences here. Every once in a while they slip up. Last night they forgot to hold the onions on my wifes burger and my chicken strips were a little old, but most of the time we get fast service and good food. I always leave full. 1/2 price shakes after 8 are always a good pick.

I enjoyed the .50 € corn dogs, on the day I had lunch there. The staff was courteous & somewhat prompt in get my order taken & filled. The only problem I experienced on my visit was upon leaving. The way this particular Sonic restaurant is set up, they have a drive thru & a Narrow lane surrounding the building. So if youre parked in a stall & the drive thru gets busy, to the point that a longer line is waiting, it prevents customers from backing out of a stall & leaving. This issue shouldve been strongly considered upon the opening of a drive thru window, because its a Real nuisance & makes it absolutely necessary to wait for an opening before one can leave causing an unavoidable delay for customers.

Service fast but the food was not good

I tried to use my card to pay for my order but never can get it to work at order board. It took forever to get my order, then the car hop tells me that their card reader system is down. They are only able to accept cash, I have no cash on me, so I couldnt pay. Would have been nice if they could have said something when they took my order. They were stuck with a 23.00 food waste.

My first time ordering at Sonic. The process was simple. Order screen informed you of the progress of your food/drinks. Decent place.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my drinks and when I called the young man, told me they had over 200 people there since I was there, really in less then 2 min ???? He stated well I dont know when you were here. Then maybe you shouldnt say things like that. Then told me they didnt have time to check on it and hung up on me. When I got there, I seriously waited in the drive thru for 6 min 38 seconds. Not one word uttered from the speaker. Yes, I timed it because I sat there for so long, there were 5 cars at the stalls, not one car in front of me, but 4 behind me, & 3 of them left. The young lady was beyond rude when she realized I was the one that called. I understood what she was saying, because I forgot my receipt. But it was the rudeness. So I went home to get my receipt, because its the right thing to do. Then just said forget it and ordered two of the right size drinks from the app. Will drive into Wichita if we ever go to Sonic again.

Worst Sonic experience ever. Seriously go somewhere else is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sonic. We stopped to get dinner for the family after soccer practice and they weren’t really busy but yet they could not acknowledge our order we hit the red button on the one menu and they never responded after 10 minutes I thought they must be broken so I moved to another stall and waited another 20 minutes and they would not come on to take my order. After 30 mins of trying to order “fast food” I finally lost my patience I started to leave and I honked my horn many times and flash my lights and no one even looked at us this is the worst sonic experience ever.I tried to call the owner but guess what no one answered the phone ha ha.

I went in and ordered a patty melt and asked not to put mustard on it and when I got it it had mustard I sent it back and they brought another one out that was extremely messy and the burger itself was just warm.

They are always friendly and helpful. My order is always correct!

I love Sonic! Half price cheeseburger makes it even better. Only bad thing is when I ask for no onions, please dont put them on their anyways. The receipt even had no onions on it. Im allergic to them and the side effects are not fun. Thanks.
